Vulcan is a modular Expert Advisor that integrates three independent trading strategies to adapt to the changing personality of the markets. Just like a blacksmith mastering different techniques to forge metal, Vulcan combines complementary approaches and offers more than 200 adjustable parameters so you can shape each strategy to your will.
This makes it a tool fully adaptable to any symbol and timeframe, whether Forex, Indices, Commodities, or Cryptocurrencies. You decide the hardness of each filter layer, when to apply the hammer, and the temperature of the fire.
Key Features
Three independent strategies (each with its own magic number, separately activatable):
- MA Crossover: Fast/slow moving average crossover with RSI, ADX, and BBW filters, plus a risk system based on DeMarker, Williams %R, and OsMA.
- Momentum Breakout: Breakout detection with volume confirmation, AMA trend filter, and configurable trading hours.
- Bollinger Squeeze: Band compression and breakout identification, with support/resistance, MFI, RSI H1, and ADX M15 filters.
Signal Reversal System (REVERSE Mode)
Each filter can act traditionally (reject the trade) or, if configured in REVERSE mode, invert the signal direction when the filter condition is not met. Thus, Vulcan not only filters but can detect contrary opportunities (overbought/oversold, divergences, etc.) and forge a new direction.
Smart Risk – Dynamic Risk Management
Multiplier factors adjust risk in real-time according to market conditions (band compression, AMA slope, DeMarker safe zone...). All this with configurable maximum risk limits and drawdown protection.
Multiple Lot Modes
Selectable between fixed lot, percentage of balance, or risk-based calculation (with SL distance). Compatible with broker net volume limits.
Versatile Trailing Stop
Each strategy has its own trailing stop, with options for activation by percentage of TP, fixed pips, or ATR-based.
Default Configuration for EUR/USD
Initial values have been optimized for the EUR/USD pair on the H1 timeframe, providing a stable starting point. However, the breadth of parameters allows adapting Vulcan to any other instrument and timeframe, giving the user total control over the EA's behavior.
