again the alerts should be thus;

*popup, SOUND and (email)  whenever arrows are printed 

*option to turn either up or down arrow alert on/off...to control frequency of alerts

 

* option to set time frame for alerts like 5m, 15m, 30m, 1h, 4h, D1, w1, mn1
