Writes the value of a complex parameter to a binary or CSV file from the current position of the file pointer.

Parameters
file_handle
[in] File descriptor returned by FileOpen().
value
[in] Value of the complex type.
Return Value
If successful, the function returns the number of bytes written. The file pointer is shifted by the same number of bytes.
Note
To get information about an error, call GetLastError().
A binary file receives 16 bytes.
A text or CSV file receives the text representation of the complex number.
