Shared distance modes (Fixed Distance, ATR, Moving Average, Bollinger Bands, Time, Manual) are listed once in the Trail guide. This post is Grid-only: enable/filter, Max Loss, SL, show-next, Apply Settings, and Manual extras.
Grid (Manage Sub-Tab)
The second Manage sub-tab is Grid. Dashboard master is Disabled / Enabled (ready to Apply). Apply Settings writes the setup onto matching tickets. EPM has its own Grid row (On/Off this ticket; Enable on Apply = draft).
Per ticket: Grid cannot run with Trail, Breakeven, Partial, Martingale, or Recovery. Trail + Breakeven may both be On; Partial may stay with those two.
What is Grid?
Grid here adds further positions in the same direction after price has moved in favor of the last leg, then you manage the basket (including SL on later legs). Example: a buy that is in profit can spawn the next buy at the Distance setting.
⚠️ Warning: Extra legs add exposure. A reversal can stack losses. Use with caution.
1. Disabled / Enabled Button
Disabled – dashboard Grid is not armed. Enabled – ready; use Apply Settings for matching tickets.

2. Symbol Dropdown
Current Symbol (default) or All Symbols.

3. Show Future Grid Levels (Eye Button)
Row labels: Show next G:, then the eye button, then For order: and a ticket dropdown (starts as All Orders). The eye shows planned next levels on the chart for that scope.

4. Magic Number Filter
Same four labels as Close. Default: FxTools Orders.

5. Max Loss
Dropdown caption Max Loss:. Items: Max Loss in USD, Max Loss in Percentage.

6. Max Loss Value Field
Spin Max Loss — USD amount or percent, matching item 5.

7. SL – Stop Loss for Next Grid Orders
Caption SL:. Items: Initial SL, Last Line, Distance % last open (shows a Percent spin), Average.

8. Distance – Grid Order Spacing
Caption Distance:. Same six modes as Trail’s shared table. Extra fields below change with the mode.

Full-width Apply Settings at the bottom of the tab (not only inside Fixed Distance).

SL Options Table

| Initial SL | Same SL idea as the first trade’s original SL. |
| Last Line | SL of the next leg at the last open. |
| Distance % last open | Percent of the gap to the last open (Percent spin). |
| Average | SL at the average of grid opens. |
9. Option 1 – Fixed Distance
Mode Fixed Distance. Spin Pips is the gap between legs.
Option 2 – ATR
Mode ATR. Fields: Period, Timeframe, Multiplier (same trio as the Trail shared table).
Option 3 – Moving Average
Mode Moving Average (not Trail’s “MA”). Fields: Period, Shift, Timeframe, Method (Simple / Exponential / Smoothed / Linear Weighted), Applied Price (including low).
Option 4 – Bollinger Bands
Mode Bollinger Bands. Fields: Period, Deviation, Timeframe, Applied Price, Shift.
Option 5 – Time
Mode Time. Spins: Minutes, Min Distance pips. A new leg waits for the minutes gap and at least that pip move.
Option 6 – Manual
Mode Manual — next leg is a click, not an auto timer.

Use For order: (same dropdown as the show-next row) to pick the ticket the next leg is based on.

27. Next Lot Auto Calculated
Label Next Lot Auto Calculated: shows the computed volume for the next click.

28. Ignore Filters
Checkbox Ignore Filters. Default is on. When on, Filter-tab blocks are skipped for that manual open.

29. Open Buy / Sell Grid Order Button
Button starts as Open Buy Grid Order. Side follows the selected order (buy vs sell).
