Trend-following Expert Advisor for XAUUSD and NAS100 on H4.
The two symbols are traded in parallel from the same trading account.
How It Works
Nexus Growth is a trend-following Expert Advisor based on a combination of trend filtering, breakout entries and dynamic position sizing.
The strategy operates as follows:

Direction: EMA and ADX filters determine the market direction. No counter-trend entries are taken.

Entry: A Donchian Channel breakout triggers a position.

Exit: Each position is opened with a Stop Loss, followed by break-even management and then a trailing stop.

Position sizing: Lot size is calculated from the selected risk percentage and the distance to the Stop Loss. The lot size is not fixed.

Risk control: Account-level drawdown limits are monitored.
The Expert Advisor does not use grids or martingale logic and does not open positions without a Stop Loss.

Extended Historical Test — 2006–2026
The same test extended back to 2006 produces a substantially different result.
Over approximately 20.5 years:

The account remained below its initial balance for approximately ten years between 2006 and 2016, during a period in which gold did not provide a sustained trend.
The modeling quality over this extended period is 77%, compared with 99% for the 2016–2026 test. The extended results should therefore be considered less reliable and are provided as a historical stress test.

The extended test illustrates an important characteristic of a trend-following strategy: results depend strongly on the market environment.
When sustained trends occur, the strategy can participate in them. During prolonged periods without sustained trends, the account can experience extended drawdown and periods below its initial balance.
Both test periods are presented to document this behavior before purchase.
Account Size, Symbols and Minimum Risk
Nexus Growth trades NAS100 and XAUUSD.
NAS100 can trade at all supported risk levels.
XAUUSD uses a minimum lot size of 0.01. On smaller accounts, this minimum position size can prevent the EA from opening an XAUUSD position when the calculated risk-based lot size is below 0.01.
The Expert Advisor continues to operate in both cases.
Examples:

1,000 USD deposit at 0.5% risk: NAS100 trades; XAUUSD remains inactive.

1,000 USD deposit from 1.5% risk: both symbols can trade.

2,000 USD deposit or more at 0.5% risk: both symbols can trade.
On a 1,000 USD deposit, a 1% risk setting produces approximately +226% over 2016–2026, compared with +341% on a 100,000 USD deposit.
The difference is caused by the 0.01 lot-size rounding, which changes the positions that can be taken on a smaller account.
The 100,000 USD tests are used as the main reference because the percentage-based risk can be applied without the same lot-size rounding effect.
Price
Launch price: 150 USD.
The price increases by 100 USD after each 10 copies sold.
Under the Market pricing rules, a price change can be applied at most once per day. Therefore, if more than 10 copies are sold on the same day, the corresponding price increase may be applied later.
The price displayed on the Market page is the price applicable to the purchase.
