Important Investment Information and Disclaimer
This data represents the results of rigorous backtesting simulations conducted over a specific historical period (September 1, 2024 – October 14, 2026) and does not guarantee future performance or absolute profits.
Market conditions are constantly changing, and unexpected geopolitical risks or sudden price fluctuations in the gold (GOLD#) market may cause the EA to behave differently than it did in the historical data.
Please make all final investment decisions and manage risks based on your own judgment and at your own risk.
While this EA’s trading algorithm is fundamentally based on the Smart Money Concepts, please note that we do not disclose the detailed trading decision-making logic; therefore, we cannot answer any questions regarding the logic.
Parameter Descriptions
Inp_symbol = “GOLD#”;
Trading instrument. Please specify GOLD. Depending on the backtest results, you may also use XAUUSD, XAUEUR, XAUJPY, etc.
lot_hold = true;
true = Fixes the lot size. The lot size depends on Inp_min_lot. false = If the lot size variation from the compounding trading described below exceeds Inp_min_lot, that value will be used as the lot size.
Inp_min_lot = 0.01;
This is the minimum lot size. If the minimum trading lot size is greater than Inp_min_lot, it will be adjusted.
Inp_lot_parcent = 100000000.0;
This value is used to adjust lot sizes for compounding trades. The lot size is calculated by dividing the margin amount by Inp_lot_parcent.
Example: For a margin of 10,000,000 Japanese yen: 10,000,000 / 100000000.0 = 0.1 lot
*For margins denominated in euros or dollars, please test using 1000000.0 first and then adjust the value accordingly.
Inp_trend_power = 10.0;
This is the threshold that specifies the strength of the upward or downward trend per hour.
ilong_magic_number = 12345;
ishort_magic_number = 67890;
Magic numbers. Please specify any values you wish.
buy_trade = true;
sell_trade = true;
Settings to enable or disable buy and sell trades.
1. A Remarkable Balance of Low Risk and High Returns (3% Drawdown)
Key Strength: With an initial margin of 10,000,000 yen, the maximum margin drawdown over a trading period of more than two years was just 3%.
Application to Trading:
“We consistently accumulate substantial profits while keeping 97% of our capital in a safe zone at all times. This proves our overwhelming capital management ability, which defies the conventional wisdom that ‘high returns equal high risk.’”
2. Overwhelming Capital Efficiency (Recovery Factor: 13.95)
Key Strength: The recovery factor (total profit/loss ÷ maximum drawdown) has achieved an extraordinary figure of “13.95.” While a Sharpe Ratio of “2.0 or higher” is generally considered excellent and “5.0 or higher” is extremely rare, 13.95 is simply astonishing.
Application to Trading:
“The ability to instantly recover from drawdowns (temporary setbacks) is exceptionally high, resulting in virtually no periods of stagnation. It maintains an ideal, steadily rising asset curve.”
3. Stability—What Professional Investors Value Most (Sharpe Ratio: 4.58)
Key Strength: The Sharpe Ratio is “4.58.” While a ratio exceeding “2.0” is typically considered institutional-level performance, a 4.58 indicates extremely low volatility in performance and consistently stable profit generation.
Application to Trading:
“Rather than relying on luck in one-off trades, the system repeatedly executes stable, highly reproducible trades backed by mathematical and statistical analysis.”
4. An Ideal Trading Balance That Avoids “Small Profits, Large Losses”
Win Rate: 54.69% (589 Wins / 488 Losses)
Payoff Ratio (Profit-to-Loss Ratio): 1.32 (Average Win: 31,538 yen / Average Loss: 23,908 yen)
Application to Trading:
“Not only does the win rate exceed 50%, but the principle of ‘winning big when you win and limiting losses when you lose’ is strictly adhered to. Since this high performance has been maintained even after more than 1,000 trades (1,077 trades), the reliability of the data is exceptional.”
5. No Martingale: This strategy does not employ risky trading practices such as doubling the lot size after a loss.
6. No Grid Trading: This strategy does not use grid trading or averaging down, which involves opening positions at equal intervals in the opposite direction of the market.
7. No averaging down to recover losses: We do not force liquidation by adding to a position (averaging down) when holding an unrealized loss; instead, we strictly close each trade according to the logic.
8. We may hold one buy and one sell position simultaneously (a “square” position). This is because we assess uptrends and downtrends independently.
Application of Balsara’s Bankruptcy Probability
We apply the actual figures from this analysis (win rate: 54.69%, profit-to-loss ratio: 1.32) to “Balsara’s Bankruptcy Probability,” a mathematical model used to measure a trader’s survival rate.
Calculated bankruptcy probability: 0.00% (effectively zero)
“When the balance of win rate and profit-to-loss ratio in this system is applied to the mathematical theorem (Balsara’s Bankruptcy Probability), the theoretical probability of bankruptcy is ‘0%’. As long as the system is operated strictly according to the rules, it can be said that, from a mathematical perspective, the risk of capital depletion is eliminated to the utmost extent.”
“Ride the wave of gold while protecting your capital.”
A next-generation EA that has weathered over 1,000 intense battles, limiting drawdown to just 3% while generating approximately 6.9 million yen in profits (a 69% profit margin). A “Sharpe Ratio of 4.58”—far surpassing institutional investor standards—and a “mathematical design with a 0% probability of bankruptcy” bring absolute peace of mind and certainty to your asset management.
