Overview
Cosmic Advisor Neural is a high-precision Expert Advisor designed exclusively for trading the XAU/USD pair on the M5 timeframe. Its architecture combines six independent analytical engines that vote democratically before each trade, ensuring that only the most converging entries reach the market. The integration of adaptive artificial intelligence—through Markov Chains and Q-Learning—allows the EA to learn and adjust its behavior in real time according to gold market conditions.
Integrated Analytical Engines
1. Smart Money Concepts (SMC) Detects Breakout Structures (BOS), Changes in Character (CHoCH), and Institutional Order Blocks (Demand/Supply Zones) on the H1 timeframe, identifying the levels where smart money places its orders.
2. ICT Silver Bullet Monitors the three high-probability time windows of the ICT method (03:00–04:00, 10:00–11:00, and 14:00–15:00 UTC) to detect Fair Value Gaps (FVG), liquidity sweeps, and momentum Order Blocks, trading only when the market presents the optimal conditions for this model.
3. Multi-Scale Markov Confluence (M1/M5/M15) Three independent Markov chains classify the market state into four regimes (Bull-Quiet, Bear-Quiet, Bull-Volatile, Bear-Volatile). The Expert Advisor (EA) only acts when all three timeframes converge in the same direction, filtering out low-quality signals.
4. Q-Learning Agent with VWAP: A reinforcement learning agent evaluates 36 market states by combining Markov patterns, relative position to VWAP, and multi-horizon momentum (BiLSTM proxy). It learns from each trade to continuously optimize its entry and exit actions.
5. Average True Range (ATR) Engine: Detects on the H1 timeframe when the current ATR exceeds the average ATR of the last 20 candles by 1.5x, confirming that the market is genuinely expanding and not moving sideways without direction.
6. Dynamic Fibonacci Retracements: Automatically calculates the 38.2%, 50%, and 61.8% levels on the most recent swing high/low on the H1 timeframe, triggering signals only when the price is in a valid retracement zone with dynamic tolerance based on ATR.
Trading Management System
The Expert Advisor (EA) executes pending orders (BUY STOP / SELL STOP) with a dynamic grid of 3-pip spacing. The initial stop loss is set at 20 pips, with a trailing stop that is triggered at 5 pips of profit and a 2-pip tracking gap, automatically protecting profits. The maximum accepted spread limit is 30 pips, ensuring efficient execution on IC Markets where gold spreads are competitive.
Capital management is flexible: you can trade with a fixed lot size (0.20 by default) or with percentage risk per trade (0.5% of the balance). The EA includes margin availability checks before each order is sent, adjusting the lot size if necessary.
Real-Time Visual Panel
The EA includes an interactive panel with a Deep Space visual theme that displays the real-time status of each analytical engine: Markov regime on M1/M5/M15 timeframes, Q-Learning agent action with its latest reward, ICT window status, active SMC zones, Fibonacci levels, and account metrics (balance, equity, spread, open positions).
