Apex Precision is a Forex Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5. It combines six machine learning modules with technical analysis for multi-symbol trading. The system uses dynamic clustering with synchronization between chart instances to manage correlations, mean-variance portfolio optimization for capital allocation, and a configurable ensemble that combines several predictive models.
The system has 15 groups of input parameters. It can operate from conservative to more active settings, and it can continue learning from the results observed on your account. All processing is done locally: the product does not use external DLLs and does not connect to external servers.
Main systems
- Double Q-Learning. Manages stop loss, take profit, and trailing stop. It uses a large state and action space, experience replay, and epsilon-greedy exploration. Live learning is optional.
- Market regime detection. Identifies trending, ranging, and volatile market states, and adjusts the strategy aggressiveness to current conditions.
- Sentiment analysis. Uses economic news, order flow, cross-market correlations, and session patterns as an additional filter.
- Dynamic clustering. Groups symbols by market behavior using K-Means with 12 features. Clusters are recalculated on a schedule and synchronized between chart instances with a master/slave scheme using global variables.
- Confidence manager. Uses five confidence levels that modulate position size, with an adaptive acceptance threshold.
- Dual-layer market intelligence. Combines the market regime and sentiment layers with configurable weights. The default is 60% for the regime and 40% for the sentiment.
Setup
Attach the system to the chart of one of the symbols included in the selected market preset (or in your custom list when using CUSTOM mode). The system manages the entire portfolio from a single instance.
- Select the trading profile: CONSERVATIVE (lower risk, higher filtering), MODERATE (risk and reward balance), or AGGRESSIVE (higher trading frequency).
- Select the market preset from the table below.
- Set the risk per trade between 0.5% and 2.0%. The recommended value is 1.25%. The lot size is calculated automatically.

Trading profile defaults
Each profile sets internal defaults. The table shows the values that differ between profiles. All other values use the same defaults in the three profiles.

The other internal defaults are the same in all profiles. Max Cluster Exposure is 2. The indicators lookback window is 16 bars, adjusted by the market preset. Breakeven triggers at 0.95 ATR with a 7 point buffer. The trailing stop starts at 1.10 ATR, with a 0.20 step and a 0.50 safety buffer. Take profit extension starts at 1.5, steps at 0.40, extends by a factor of 0.20, and has a maximum of 2.0 (ATR multiples). Adaptive threshold sensitivity is 0.65, confidence sensitivity is 1.55, and minimum confidence is 0.70. With the default input the effective Risk/Reward ratio is 1.5 in all profiles. If the input is set below 1.5, the conservative profile enforces 1.8 and the aggressive profile enforces 1.3. Risk Per Trade, Max Simultaneous Positions, and Max Daily Risk are user inputs with their own defaults and do not change with the profile.
All these values are internal defaults. They can be overridden with the inputs in the "Advanced configuration" and "Traditional management" groups, where 0 means that the profile default is used.
Recommended setup
The H1 timeframe is recommended. H4 gives fewer trades, and M30 is more active and requires more capital.
Requirements: MetaTrader 5 with a compatible broker, a stable internet connection, and at least 100 MB of free disk space for logs. Recommended capital is 500 USD; the system can work from 100 USD. A virtual private server is recommended for continuous operation.
A multi-instance lock system prevents order conflicts when several instances run at the same time.
Testing
Test on a demo account for at least 4 to 6 weeks before using real capital. Enable the news filter and activate the AI mode (ADVISORY ONLY to learn without affecting trades, or AI SYSTEM ACTIVE to participate in decisions). Start with the moderate profile and keep the risk between 0.5% and 2.0% per trade. Review the inputs to fit your account size and risk tolerance, and confirm that the symbols in the selected preset are available with your broker. Default values are reasonable starting points; they do not guarantee profitability.
