TripleB trades three independent trading strategies at once, a single Expert Advisor designed exclusively for Bitcoin on MetaTrader 5. Each strategy operates on its own logic, timeframe, and risk parameters — so your account is never dependent on a single approach. Backtest starting at 100,000, finishing 9 years later with 2.3m at 10 to 13% dd.
Strategy A identifies breakout and consolidation-break conditions. Strategy B captures Donchian channel breakouts with long and short entries. Strategy C follows the dominant trend using EMA regime filters and ADX confirmation, entering on pullbacks.

Most EAs rely on a single entry idea. When that idea stops working, the account stops growing. Triple B was built to avoid that problem.
Three independent strategies mean the system can adapt to different market environments. When one strategy is waiting, another may be trading. When Bitcoin trends, Strategy C follows. When it breaks out, Strategy A and B capture the move.
This is not three EAs glued together. The strategies share a unified risk layer that protects the account as a whole.
THREE STRATEGIES
STRATEGY A — BREAKOUT AND CONSOLIDATION (1m internally)
Identifies breakout conditions and consolidation-break setups. Waits for the market to compress, then trades the expansion. Includes impulse detection, regime filtering, and a built-in cooldown after consecutive losses.
STRATEGY B — DONCHIAN BREAKOUT (LONG AND SHORT) (4h internally & on chart)
Enters on Donchian channel breakouts in both directions. Uses a 1.5x ATR stop and a 5x risk-reward target. Includes breakeven, trailing stop, and EMA regime filtering. One position at a time.
STRATEGY C — TREND FOLLOWING WITH PULLBACK ENTRIES (15m internally)
Uses EMA 50/200 alignment and ADX to confirm the trend regime. Enters on pullbacks measured in ATR. Manages trades with a 3.5x ATR trailing stop. Includes volatility protection that reduces risk during high-volatility events and a drawdown protection system that scales risk down as the account draws down.
RISK MANAGEMENT
Triple B was built around one principle: protect the capital first.
No martingale. No grid. No recovery mode. No lot multiplication after losses. No averaging down. Every position has its own Stop Loss and Take Profit and is managed independently.
Additional protections include:
- Per-strategy risk control (each strategy manages its own exposure)
- Equity take-profit (closes all positions when a daily profit target is reached)
- Partial take-profit (locks in a portion of profits at a configured distance)
- Drawdown cooldown (pauses trading after a set drawdown threshold)
- Loss-streak cooldown (pauses after consecutive losses)
- Volatility protection (reduces risk during high-volatility and crash conditions)
- Regime filters (avoids trading when trend conditions are not confirmed)

Backtest on clean Binance spot data, 17 Aug 2017 to 9 Sep 2026 (about 9 years), BTCUSD_BINANCE H4, $100,000 initial deposit, 1:5 leverage. Every tick based on real ticks.

Please note: these are backtest results only. They are not a guarantee of future performance. Live results will differ. Always forward-test on a demo account before using the EA with real capital.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON DRAWDOWN: The backtest max equity drawdown is 13.3%. This exceeds the 10% limit used by most prop firms. If you intend to use TripleB on a prop-firm challenge, reduce the per-strategy risk settings and enable the drawdown protection features to keep the account within the firm's limits. The default settings are optimized for performance on a personal account.
WHY CLEAN BINANCE DATA WAS USED
The backtests were run on Binance spot market data. Binance is the deepest and most liquid Bitcoin market in the world, so its price history is the closest representation of where real fills happen. It provides high-frequency tick data with no missing bars, giving the Strategy Tester a stable and gap-free record. Deep liquidity means the backtest spread and fill assumptions are realistic rather than optimistic.
INSTALLATION AND USAGE
1. Install the EA in MetaTrader 5 (drag the .ex5 into Navigator, Expert Advisors).
2. Drag it onto a BTCUSD chart on the H4 timeframe.
3. Set your risk percentage and enable the strategies you want to use.
4. Run it in the Strategy Tester first to confirm it behaves as expected on your broker's data.
5. For a funded account, enable the drawdown protection and equity take-profit features.
