TEN INDEPENDENT STRATEGIES

Each of Apex Kong’s ten strategies operates independently.

The strategies monitor XAUUSD for different market conditions and manage their own positions. Multiple strategies may operate simultaneously when their individual entry conditions are satisfied.

Traders can use one of the twelve supplied presets or enter Custom Mode to enable and disable strategies individually.

TWELVE RISK-RANKED PRESETS

Apex Kong includes twelve ready-made presets covering a progressive range of activity and historical risk.

You do not need to build a strategy combination yourself.

The preset range includes:

• Preset 1 — Low
• Preset 6 — Medium
• Preset 12 — High

Additional presets provide intermediate steps between these levels.

Lower presets generally allow fewer strategies to operate, resulting in lower trading activity and exposure. Higher presets allow more strategies to operate and may hold more positions simultaneously.

Higher activity also means higher potential drawdown. Always select a preset appropriate for your account size and personal risk tolerance.

Custom Mode is available for experienced users who want complete control over which strategies are enabled.

LIVE ON-CHART CONTROL PANEL

Apex Kong keeps its current operating status visible directly on the chart.

The dashboard refreshes every second and displays:

• Current operating status
• Broker time and EA uptime
• Account balance
• Current floating profit or loss
• Live equity graph
• Daily and weekly closed results
• Number of open positions
• Total open lot size
• Active preset
• Current floating drawdown
• Remaining headroom on each protection limit
• Account leverage

If trading is paused or stopped, the dashboard clearly displays the reason.

FOUR INDEPENDENT PROTECTION CONTROLS

Apex Kong includes four optional and independently configurable account-protection controls.

1. EQUITY STOP

The Equity Stop closes all positions opened by Apex Kong when account equity falls beyond the monetary limit selected by the user.

The limit can be calculated from either the starting daily balance or the initial account deposit.

2. DAILY TARGET

The Daily Target can stop new trading, close existing Apex Kong positions, or perform both actions when the selected daily target is reached.

3. TOTAL TARGET

The Total Target stops the EA when the account reaches the overall balance target selected by the user.

4. MAXIMUM OPEN POSITIONS

This setting places a hard ceiling on the number of positions Apex Kong may hold simultaneously.

Every protection control is optional and can be configured independently.

The protection controls cannot eliminate trading risk. They are designed to give the user defined boundaries over how the EA is permitted to operate.

FLEXIBLE POSITION SIZING

Choose from three position-sizing methods:

• Fixed lot size
• Automatic risk ladder with seven levels
• Fixed lot size per block of account balance

This allows Apex Kong to be configured for different account balances, brokers and personal risk tolerances.

Always check the calculated lot size and maximum possible exposure on a demo account before enabling live trading.

TRADING SCHEDULE CONTROL

Choose exactly when Apex Kong is permitted to trade.

Available schedule controls include:

• Enable or disable individual trading days
• Set a daily trading window
• Apply a separate Friday cut-off time
• Use the built-in year-end trading pause
• Prevent new entries when spreads exceed the selected limit

All schedule settings use the broker’s server time.

All twelve presets were also tested using starting balances of $500, $2,000, $5,000 and $10,000.

IMPORTANT OPERATING INFORMATION

Apex Kong may hold several positions simultaneously.

The EA does not place a fixed stop-loss order on every individual trade. Positions are managed and closed internally by the independent strategies.

The Equity Stop is therefore one of the most important settings inside Apex Kong.

Configure the Equity Stop before using Apex Kong on a live account. Select a monetary limit you would genuinely be prepared to lose.

Always begin on a demo account using the same broker, account type, leverage and settings you intend to use for live trading.

Allow sufficient time to understand the selected preset’s behaviour before considering live deployment.
