Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I'm looking for someone who could add alerts to .mq4 indicator. Every time my indicator sees confluence of rules on the chart it prints a circle in the area. I need to receive an alert when this happens. I'm not sure if this can be done to an existing indicator, so I'm looking for help here. Thanks in advance for any response
