KST Pro Tools is an advanced implementation of the famous Know Sure Thing (KST) indicator by Martin Pring. Designed for traders seeking an objective reading of momentum, this tool filters out market noise to highlight only the phases of directional acceleration.

Through an intelligent filtering logic, KST Pro Tools allows you to quickly identify dominant trends and distinguish strong momentum phases from periods of market neutrality.

Signal Interpretation

State Color Meaning
Strong Momentum Green KST dominates the Signal; momentum is accelerating.
Weakening Momentum Red The Signal dominates the KST; momentum is slowing down.
Neutral Zone None Market in transition or lacking clear directional momentum (bars are hidden).

Recommended Usage

KST Pro Tools is designed to integrate seamlessly into any existing trading strategy:

  • Trend Confirmation: Use the green bars to confirm an entry in a bullish trend and the red bars to monitor signs of exhaustion.

  • Filtering: Avoid entering trades during periods where no bars are displayed (market neutrality).

  • Synergy: Excellent in combination with classical technical analysis, such as Support/Resistance, Price Action, or Moving Averages.
