6-MA vs VWAP is an automated trading system for XAUUSD built on one idea: act only when six different moving averages all move to the same side of the session VWAP. It uses fixed rules, ATR-based stops and built-in daily limits. It does not use martingale, grid strategies or position scaling.

Core Features

Six-Average Consensus LSMA, EMA, SMA, Zero-Lag EMA, McGinley Dynamic and TEMA (length 20 by default) must all cross above (buy) or below (sell) the daily session VWAP on the same bar.

Session VWAP Reference VWAP resets each day and is weighted by broker tick volume, since spot gold has no real volume.

Start-of-Day Delay New signals are skipped for the first 120 minutes of each day (adjustable).

ATR Risk Framework Stop loss 1.5 x ATR(14), take profit 3.0 x ATR(14). Breakeven at 50% of the TP distance. Trailing from 80% of the TP distance.

Built-In Limits Daily loss limit that closes trades and halts trading for the day, plus a maximum number of trades per day. One position at a time.

Structural Architecture

Signal Layer: six-average comparison against VWAP. Delay Filter: skips the early session. Time-Window Filter: optional entry windows (Dubai time, converted from server time with US DST handling), one trade per window. Risk Layer: risk-percent position sizing (default 2%, capped at 2% in code). Protection Layer: daily loss stop and trade-count cap. On-chart panel: shows each average vs VWAP, state, trades and P&L today.
