Core Analytical Architecture
The indicator features a dual-mode calculation engine allowing traders to select between Rolling VWAP for continuous multi-bar trend analysis and Daily Reset VWAP anchored to the session open for intraday fair value benchmarking. Dual-tier volatility corridors calculated from Wilder’s Average True Range (ATR) dynamically expand and contract around the benchmark, establishing inner standard deviation zones and outer statistical extreme boundaries.
An integrated on-chart RSI telemetry engine calculates and prints exact momentum readings directly above or below significant breakout candles. Historical labels lock permanently upon candle close for precise retrospective analysis, while an optional live badge displays real-time momentum updates on the actively developing candle.
Trading Workflow & Market Interpretation
Price action near the central VWAP line reflects market balance and fair-value consolidation. Expansion toward the inner Wilder ATR ribbon indicates emerging directional momentum, while a breach of the outer ribbon flags statistical extension. Traders evaluate printed RSI values at band extremes to distinguish between sustained trend breakouts (high RSI strength) and potential mean-reversion exhaustion zones (overbought/oversold levels).
