Bid Ask Spread Visualizer
Bid Ask Spread Visualizer is a lightweight MetaTrader 5 indicator designed to display the live Bid price, Ask price and current market spread directly on the chart.
The indicator provides a clear visual representation of the distance between Bid and Ask by drawing two horizontal price lines and displaying the current spread in points.
It is especially useful for traders who want to monitor spread behavior without constantly checking the Market Watch window.

Visual Bid and Ask Levels
The indicator displays two horizontal price levels:
Ask Line
Represents the current Ask price and is displayed in green by default.
Bid Line
Represents the current Bid price and is displayed in red by default.
Both lines update automatically as new market prices are received.
This makes the actual Bid/Ask distance immediately visible on the chart.
Real-Time Spread Display
The current spread is calculated as:
Ask Price - Bid Price
The result is converted into the symbol's native points and displayed as a chart label.
Example:
Spread: 145.0 points
Points are used instead of assuming a fixed pip structure. This makes the indicator easier to use with different types of MetaTrader 5 instruments, including Forex pairs, metals, indices and other CFD symbols.
Customizable Chart Position
The spread label is positioned in the upper-right corner of the chart by default.
Its horizontal and vertical position can be adjusted through the indicator settings.
This is useful when the chart also contains an Expert Advisor, trade manager or another tool displaying information in the same area.
For example, the spread label can be positioned directly underneath an EA information label.
Available Inputs
AskColor
Color of the Ask price line.
BidColor
Color of the Bid price line.
LineWidth
Width of the Bid and Ask lines.
ShowLabel
Enables or disables the spread text.
TextColor
Color of the spread text.
LabelFontSize
Font size of the spread label.
LabelXDistance
Horizontal distance of the spread label from the right side of the chart.
LabelYDistance
Vertical distance of the spread label from the top of the chart.
How to Use
Attach Bid Ask Spread Visualizer to any MetaTrader 5 chart.
The indicator will immediately display:
Green line = Ask price
Red line = Bid price
Spread label = Current distance between Ask and Bid in points
No additional configuration is required for normal use.
The default settings can be used immediately, while the colors and display position can be adjusted according to your chart layout.
