SHARIF UNIVERSAL RSI SUPERVISOR
Sharif Universal RSI Supervisor is a free Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 4 based on the RSI indicator and designed according to a human-supervised trading philosophy.
The EA automates signal detection, order execution and protective stop placement. The operator remains in control through an on-chart panel that can pause or resume trading and adjust selected operating parameters.
HOW IT WORKS
The Expert Advisor normally analyzes completed M1 candles.
A buy signal is generated when RSI crosses from outside into the oversold zone. A sell signal is generated when RSI crosses from outside into the overbought zone.
By default, one confirmed crossing is required before an entry. The operator can increase or decrease the required number of crossings, or “touches,” using the input parameters or on-chart controls.
Remaining inside an RSI zone does not increase the counter. Only a new completed-candle crossing from outside into the zone is counted.
Default configuration:
-
RSI period: 14
-
Buy level: 26
-
Sell level: 72
-
Required touches: 1
-
Take Profit: 3 times the spread recorded when the trade is opened
-
One simultaneous position per symbol and Magic Number
-
Signals normally calculated from completed M1 candles
-
Chart-timeframe fallback enabled when sufficient or current M1 data is unavailable
HUMAN SUPERVISION
The on-chart controls allow the operator to:
-
Pause and resume the Expert Advisor
-
Increase or decrease the RSI levels
-
Increase or decrease the requested lot size
-
Adjust the Take Profit multiplier
-
Adjust the number of required touches
-
Monitor RSI, spread, system status, signal timeframe and touch counters
The touch counters are also paused while automated trading is paused.
TIMEFRAME FALLBACK
M1 is the primary timeframe used for signal calculation.
If sufficient or up-to-date M1 history is unavailable, the EA can automatically use the chart timeframe as a fallback. This improves compatibility with brokers, symbols and testing environments where M1 history may be unavailable or incomplete.
The on-chart panel displays the timeframe currently being used for signal calculation.
