Note EA is an automated trading system for MetaTrader 5 that combines CCI and RSI as a dual-confirmation entry filter, paired with a structured recovery system designed to manage the outcome of losing trades.
— ENTRY LOGIC: CCI + RSI —
The CCI (Commodity Channel Index) measures the deviation of price from its statistical average. When CCI moves into extreme oversold territory below -100, it indicates that price has moved unusually far below its mean and may be subject to a return. When CCI rises above +100, it indicates price has moved unusually far above its mean.
The RSI (Relative Strength Index) measures momentum and the speed of price change. An RSI reading below 30 indicates oversold momentum conditions. A reading above 70 indicates overbought momentum conditions.
For a BUY signal, both CCI must be below -100 AND RSI must be below 30 simultaneously. For a SELL signal, both CCI must be above +100 AND RSI must be above 70 simultaneously. Both indicators must agree. If only one condition is met, no entry is taken. This dual-filter approach significantly reduces false signals compared to using either indicator alone.
— RECOVERY SYSTEM —
When a position is closed by stop loss, the EA does not reset. Instead, it activates a recovery sequence. The lot size is multiplied by the configured multiplier. The take profit for the next trade is automatically recalculated to cover the total accumulated loss plus the normal profit target. This means each recovery trade is sized and targeted to close the entire deficit in a single winning trade. After a successful take profit, the EA resets completely to the base lot and normal TP.
— RISK MANAGEMENT —
Maximum recovery limit prevents unlimited compounding. When the configured maximum number of recovery attempts is reached without a winning trade, the EA resets to base settings. Margin is checked before every order. Signal mode can be switched between Normal and Reverse without restarting.
