By default, MetaTrader 5 only supports timeframes of one minute or higher. Ultra-short-term charts such as 1-second or 5-second timeframes are not available in the standard platform.

Seconds Chart Generator is a utility EA designed to generate seconds-based charts in real time using tick data, allowing traders to observe ultra-short-term price movements with precision.

Simply attach it to any standard chart, and it will automatically create a custom symbol representing the seconds-based chart. You can then open and analyze this chart independently.

Standard indicators can also be applied to the generated chart, enabling seamless integration with your existing analysis methods.

⚠ Important Notice
This tool is a special EA designed to generate second‑based chart data.
Due to limitations in the standard MQL5 demo environment, the demo version cannot process tick data and therefore will not operate.

Applying the demo version to a chart will not generate second‑based candles.
This is not a bug, but a limitation of the MT5 platform.

Please try the Simple version first to confirm proper operation before purchasing the full version.

I've used a few of these type of Metatrader sub-minute chart utilities over the years. Most of them are rather flaky and unreliable. However this one is absolutely rock solid and works without a hitch every time. There is also no faffing around with opening off-line charts - the required chart just pops up in front of you. What's more, the generated charts have no lag so I get the fill price that I see on the chart. A great product!

I've used a few of these type of Metatrader sub-minute chart utilities over the years. Most of them are rather flaky and unreliable. However this one is absolutely rock solid and works without a hitch every time. There is also no faffing around with opening off-line charts - the required chart just pops up in front of you. What's more, the generated charts have no lag so I get the fill price that I see on the chart. A great product!

I’m really happy to hear your kind words. Many second‑based generators tend to stop when ticks dry up,
so I paid special attention to making sure this one keeps running stably. There is a trade-off with memory usage,
but by adding a reset function, I’ve tuned it to stay stable even during long sessions
without the memory blowing up. I’m glad to hear that you’re enjoying it!
