Analysis and Intelligence Modules
🤖 Artificial Intelligence Engines
Bidirectional BiLSTM — A long-memory recurrent neural network that analyzes forward and backward price patterns simultaneously, with a 30-candle window and configurable confidence threshold.
Multinomial Logistic Regression (LR) — An adaptive machine learning model that extracts 8 market features (momentum, relative ATR, candlestick structure, range position) and updates in real time every N bars using gradient descent.
📐 Institutional ICT Methodology
Power of Three (PO3) — Detection of the three institutional phases: accumulation, manipulation, and distribution. The EA only enters the manipulation phase, capturing the actual movement.
Kill Zones — Active filtering of the most liquid sessions: London Open (2–5 a.m.), New York Open (7–10 a.m.), Asian Kill Zone (8–11 p.m.), and London Close (10 a.m.–noon).
Mitigation Blocks — Identifies institutional order blocks where the price returns to mitigate previous impulses, with configurable minimum impulse detection.
Institutional Candles — Recognition of large-bodied candles (≥80%) that act as institutional retracement zones at 50% of their range.

Dynamic Support & Resistance — Automatic detection of up to 10 levels per minimum touch (2 by default), with visual zones and breakout detection.
Price Action Patterns — Bullish/Bearish Engulfing, Tweezer Top/Bottom, and Imbalance (Marubozu), each with strict validation logic.
Chart Patterns — Detection of Head and Shoulders, Inverted Head and Shoulders, Double Top, and Double Bottom with automatic target and neckline calculation.
Volume Profile (ML) — Calculation of VWAP, POC, VAH, VAL, and HVN/LVN zones using statistical distribution over the last 100 candlesticks.
EMA Pullback — Triple confluence EMA 20/50/200 for pullback entries within a trend.
RSI — Configurable overbought/oversold filter (adjustable periods and levels).
🔄 Aggressive Turbo Mode
Multiplies the calculated lot size by a configurable factor (default ×1.5) and extends signal lookback, maximizing trading frequency in highly liquid markets such as the M1 for gold.
Risk Management
The EA incorporates a multi-layered risk management system designed to protect capital under adverse conditions:
3 lot modes: Fixed, percentage of balance, or dynamic percentage of equity.
Risk per trade: 1% by default, adjustable.
Stop Loss/Take Profit: 20/60 pips by default (minimum risk-to-profit ratio 1:1.2).
Trailing Stop: Triggered at 8 pips of profit, in 4-pip increments.
Automatic Break Even: Moves the stop loss to the entry point when a profit of 10 pips is reached.
Daily Loss Limit: Maximum 10% of the account, with automatic stop loss.
Maximum number of open positions: 5 simultaneously.
Margin Control: No trades are made if the free margin falls below 50%.
