GoldVantor Pro – Gold Expert Advisor for MT5 (XAUUSD)
GoldVantor Pro is a fully automated gold Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5, built exclusively for XAUUSD. This MT5 gold trading robot combines two independent trading engines with strict risk management, so you can trade gold automatically with a fixed stop loss and take profit on every position. No grid, no martingale, no averaging, and no hidden risk: just a disciplined gold EA designed for long-term, controlled XAUUSD trading.
Two independent engines
- Anchor Engine: a patient, higher-timeframe engine that follows established gold trends.
- Surge Engine: a faster engine that acts during strong momentum phases.
Running two engines on different timeframes means GoldVantor Pro does not depend on a single market condition. Each engine holds a maximum of one position at a time.
Trade management
- Profit Lock: once a trade is well in profit, its stop is moved just past the entry price so a reversal closes the trade in profit.
- Max trade duration: positions that stall are closed automatically after a set number of hours.
- Regime Guard (optional): aligns entries with the daily trend.
- Buy and sell control for each engine.
Account protection
- Stop loss and take profit on every trade from the moment it opens.
- Daily loss limit: new entries pause for the rest of the day.
- Drawdown pause: new entries pause when equity falls too far below its peak, then trading resumes automatically.
- Spread filter and maximum slippage control.
- Broker-aware execution: lot size, margin, stop and freeze levels, trading sessions and account limits are checked before every request.
- Restart-safe: after a restart or reconnect, the EA recognises its own trades and never acts on old signals twice.
- Signals are calculated on closed candles only.
Recommended setup
- Symbol: XAUUSD (any symbol name, for example XAUUSD, XAUUSD.r or GOLD)
- Chart timeframe: any (the engines use their own timeframes internally)
- Account: hedging recommended, netting supported
- Leverage: 1:100 or higher
- Minimum balance: $300 with 0.01 lot
- Recommended balance: $1,000 or more with the default 0.02 lot (as a guide, 0.01 lot per $500)
- A VPS is recommended so the EA can manage trades around the clock

- Enable / disable each engine and its buy or sell direction
- Profit Lock, max trade duration, Regime Guard
- Max spread, max slippage, max open positions
- Daily loss limit, drawdown pause trigger and pause length

Getting started
1. Attach GoldVantor Pro to an XAUUSD chart.
2. Enable Algo Trading in the terminal and in the EA's Common tab.
3. Set the lot size to suit your balance and keep all other settings at their defaults.
