Years in the financial markets, and I write MQL5. I build one Expert Advisor
per instrument, validate it on real ticks, and publish the exact backtest
recipe so you can reproduce the numbers yourself before you buy. - Version: 1.33
- Activations: 10
Launch price 149 USD for the first 10 copies.
Then +100 every 10 copies, up to the final price of 999 USD. Rent from 59 USD a month. Ten activations.

Altair buys the S&P 500 when it falls, and it chooses which falls to buy.
The deeper the move, the bigger the target. A cycle that had to go three steps down closes worth several times a shallow one, so the hardest days pay the most. Most basket robots close a deep basket at the same distance as a shallow one and give the hard work away. Altair does not.
It trades one symbol on M15 and it has never done anything else.
Balanced doubled the account in five and a half years with a drawdown under 5%.
Engine on, real ticks, M15, 1,000 USD, 1:500, January 2021 to July 2026 on the broker's own .US500Cash feed. Every run reconciled against the tester log.
- Safe (0.015 lot per $1000): +51%, 7.8% a year, equity drawdown 3.1%, profit factor 4.15
- Balanced, default (0.020): +103%, 13.8% a year, equity drawdown 4.9%, profit factor 4.15
- Aggressive (0.030): +222%, 23.7% a year, equity drawdown 7.1%, profit factor 4.18
- Extreme (0.055): +889%, 51.8% a year, equity drawdown 15.6%, profit factor 4.20
- SHOWCASE (0.150, no stop): 597x, 220% a year, equity drawdown 44.4%, profit factor 4.37
Look at the profit factor. It sits between 4.15 and 4.37 from the slowest mode to the fastest. Position size cannot change a profit factor, so a value that holds across the whole range says the quality of every trade belongs to the engine, not to the leverage on top.
SHOWCASE is the mode that runs the live signal.
The engine: nearly 800 decision trees inside the EA
Inside the .ex5 there is a trained decision engine, nearly 800 decision trees reading 50 measurements of the market every operating minute. It never phones home: there is no DLL, nothing to download and nothing to subscribe to. Everything happens on your terminal.
It was trained on one question. Is this dip going to go deep?
It learned from eight and a half years of the S&P 500, 2018 to 2026, the crash of 2020 included. On every candidate entry it reads where price sits against six moving averages, on M15 and on the daily. How far the index has already fallen from its own highs, over six different horizons. How volatile the market is right now against how volatile it usually is. Momentum and stretch: RSI 7 and 14, stochastic, CCI, Bollinger position and width. The hour, the minute of the day, the day of the week. And the spread you are being quoted at that instant.
When it does not like the combination, Altair holds the entry and waits for a better one.
It is not a schedule. Ask it at the same hour on two different days and you get two different answers, because the other forty-seven numbers have moved in the meantime. The panel on your chart shows it working: every candidate scored, every entry held.
The long run: 2018 to 2026, the 2020 crash inside
- Balanced: 2.5x, equity drawdown 7.8%, profit factor 4.09
- Aggressive: 4.4x, equity drawdown 11.7%, profit factor 4.14
- Extreme: 17.7x, equity drawdown 22.1%, profit factor 4.22
- SHOWCASE: 1,955x, equity drawdown 64.8%, profit factor 4.33
Five tested modes, or Custom
Pick a trading mode from the menu. That is the whole setup.
Safe, Balanced, Aggressive and Extreme carry an equity protection at 50% of the balance. SHOWCASE runs without it, asks you to confirm before it starts, and remembers your answer for that chart. The panel always shows the mode you are running.
Custom mode, for experienced traders. Custom unlocks the full configuration: base lot, lot multiplier, the step where size goes flat, maximum steps, distance between steps, basket take profit and its growth, emergency stop, margin brake, spread limit, trading hours, trend filter and the decision engine switch. The defaults start from the Balanced settings for a 1,000 USD account; in Custom the base lot is fixed and does not grow with the balance. Before the first order Altair prints the full ladder in the log with your own values.
Please note: the published backtests and the live signal refer to the five preset modes only. Custom settings are outside those results, and we recommend changing them only if you understand how each parameter affects your exposure.
Structured position management
Altair works in baskets. A staged entry ladder adds at a fixed distance below the first entry, with a hard cap: size grows up to the fifth step, stays flat after it, and eight steps is the ceiling in every preset mode.
The basket target scales with depth, and every step lowers the average price, so the exit moves toward the market while the index is still falling.
Before the first order Altair prints your whole ladder in the log, on your own balance: every step, the lots, the floating basket in money and in percent, and the step where the margin brake stops the expansion on your account. You know the plan before the first trade.
The panel
The panel tells you where the cycle is while it happens: BUILDING and the step it is on, then RECOVERING with how much of the way back is covered, then CLOSING. The event log writes every decision in plain words: cycle opened, step armed, step held by the margin brake, cycle closed with the realised profit.
A floating number in red while a basket is building is the engine at work. Let the basket close by itself.
Check it yourself in two minutes
- Strategy Tester, Eudora Altair US500, your broker's S&P 500 cash symbol, M15
- Deposit 1,000 USD, leverage 1:500, January 2021 to July 2026
- Modelling: every tick based on real ticks
- Trading mode: Balanced. Press Start.
Those are the numbers you will get.
The build you download is the build we tested. The commercial build and the sealed reference engine produce identical results, deal for deal and cent for cent. The backtest you run is the engine that trades the live signal.
Stress tested
- Random execution delay injected on every order: net down 11.3%, drawdown unchanged.
- Spread guard: Altair stands aside above 30 points.
- Fifteen amplified crash scenarios with the equity protection on: zero margin calls.
What you need
- S&P 500 cash CFD (US500, .US500Cash, SPX500, [SP500] and equivalents), M15.
