Intraday traders and scalpers frequently encounter a recurring execution dilemma around key price boundaries: price sweeps past an established level, triggers stop orders, and immediately reverses in the opposite direction. Conversely, price breaks above a resistance boundary to trigger breakout entries, only to collapse back into the prior range. These price actions often represent liquidity sweeps that clear stop orders before directional expansion begins. Traders positioned without structural confirmation often face predictable drawdown from these false expansions.
SweepTwoBarReclaim is engineered to identify this dynamic directly on the chart. The algorithm detects when an initial sweep bar penetrates a structural level and a subsequent reclaim bar re-establishes control back inside that boundary, validating that the sweep was an exhaustion or liquidity grab and that a directional reversal has initiated. Low-conviction extensions and consolidation noise are systematically filtered out, providing an objective visual framework centered on verified reversal setups.
The methodology operates during active trading sessions when liquidity and participation expand, delivering consistent structural confirmation across liquid symbols, active instruments, and volatile markets.

- The signal confirms strictly upon the close of the setup candle, using the open of the subsequent bar as the execution reference.
Visual SELL Confirmation:
- The market tests above a prior structural high with an initial sweep bar.
- The subsequent bar decisively reclaims the structural level with a bearish close, confirming seller control and absorption.
- The indicator confirms the two-bar reclaim pattern and displays a sell signal arrow.
- The signal confirms strictly upon the close of the setup candle, using the open of the subsequent bar as the execution reference.
Structural Stop Loss Placement:
- The indicator automatically projects a protective Stop Loss reference positioned outside the recent structural swing extreme.
- A configurable volatility buffer provides additional distance beyond key pivots to accommodate normal spread variations and short-term market noise.

The indicator projects four structured risk-to-reward (R-multiple) levels:
- TP1 (0.5R): Initial objective configured for early partial scale-outs on immediate momentum continuation.

A built-in panel summarizes how signals performed on historical data for the current settings:
- Historical hit-rate breakdown across TP1, TP2, TP3, and TP4.
- Sample size shown for the configured lookback period.
- Highlights which TP level had the best historical hit-rate for that sample.
