📰 Built-In News Filter — Never Get Caught in a Spike Again
ScalperPro connects directly to MT5's built-in economic calendar, so you never have to check a news site while trading. It automatically detects upcoming high-impact events for both currencies in your symbol and enforces a configurable blackout window around them.
- Automatically identifies the base and quote currency of any symbol (e.g. EUR and USD for EURUSD)
- Scans the next 24 hours for scheduled economic events
- Blocks new trade entries for a configurable number of minutes before the event
- Continues blocking entries for a configurable number of minutes after the event until the market settles
- Filter by high-impact events only, or include medium-impact as well
- The panel displays a live countdown to the next news event at all times — "NEWS: CPI (USD) in 12m"
- When inside a blackout window, the panel flashes a clear "NEWS BLACKOUT" warning and all trade buttons are disabled

🛡️ Multi-Layer Risk Safety System
ScalperPro treats risk management as a non-negotiable layer, not an optional setting. Multiple independent guardrails run on every tick to protect your account even in fast markets.
Automatic lot sizing Every trade is sized to your exact risk percentage. Enter your account risk (e.g. 1%) and ScalperPro calculates the correct lot size based on your SL distance, pip value, and account balance — automatically, on every trade, for every symbol.
Daily loss limit Set a maximum daily loss as a percentage of your account balance. Once hit, the panel locks out all new entries for the rest of the day and displays a clear warning. The limit resets automatically at the start of each new trading day.
Consecutive loss lockout If you hit a configurable number of losses in a row, ScalperPro enforces a mandatory cooling-off period. The lockout duration is fully configurable in minutes. This single feature alone can prevent the kind of revenge trading that wipes accounts.
Maximum spread filter Define a maximum allowable spread in points. If the spread exceeds your limit at the moment of entry, the trade is blocked and the buy/sell buttons switch to "BLOCKED" — no exceptions.
Spread spike detection ScalperPro maintains a rolling average of the spread over the past 60 seconds. If the current spread is more than double that average, the entry is blocked even if it is technically within your maximum — catching sudden liquidity gaps that your static limit might miss.
Minimum stops distance check Before every entry, ScalperPro verifies that your SL and TP are beyond the broker's minimum stops level. Trades that would be rejected by the broker are caught before they are sent, with a clear error message on the panel.
SL/TP side validation The EA checks that your SL is on the correct side of price for the direction you are trading, and that your TP is on the correct side as well. Accidentally placing a buy with SL above price is impossible.
Session filter Restrict trading to a defined time window (e.g. 08:00–20:00 server time). Entries outside your session are blocked entirely, keeping you out of low-liquidity opens and closes.
Slippage control A configurable maximum slippage in points is enforced on every market order. If the fill price deviates beyond your tolerance, the order is rejected at the broker level.
Smart Line Management
