Expert Advisor Breakout for XAUUSD

Kefren Bot Gold is a fully automated Expert Advisor for XAUUSD (Gold) on MetaTrader 5. The system is designed to be plug and play: attach it to a Gold chart, choose a risk profile, and the EA handles strategy selection, position sizing, stop loss, take profit, breakeven and trailing internally.

How it works

The EA runs a portfolio of internal breakout strategies on Gold, each analysing price action on its own timeframe. When a strategy detects a valid breakout condition, it places a pending Stop order at the corresponding swing level. Once a position opens, the EA manages it on its own: every trade carries a fixed Stop Loss, and breakeven and trailing stop logic adjust the position automatically as price moves in its favor. A visible circuit breaker can pause trading after a defined number of consecutive losing trades, for a defined number of hours, as an additional layer of protection.

Visible parameters

EA Name and Order Comment: identify the EA and its trades on the chart and in the trade history.

Broker Type (ECN or Standard): this setting controls the spread filter used by the strategies. If your broker is ECN / Raw Spread, leave this set to ECN. If your broker is Standard or uses a different spread model, switch this to Standard so the spread filter does not block valid entries.

Lot Mode (Fixed Lot or Risk Per Trade): choose between a fixed lot size or position sizing calculated as a percentage of account balance.

Risk Profile (Low, Medium, High, Extreme): a single setting that defines how many internal strategies are active and the risk percentage used when Risk Per Trade mode is selected. Higher profiles activate more strategies and a higher risk percentage.

Strategy enable switches: each of the seven internal strategies can be turned on or off individually. The Risk Profile setting may override some of these switches depending on the selected profile.

Circuit Breaker: enable or disable the pause mechanism, and define the maximum number of consecutive losing trades and the pause duration in hours before trading resumes automatically.

Dashboard: an on chart panel shows open trades, floating profit and loss, closed profit and loss, the active risk profile, and circuit breaker status in real time. Position and visibility can be adjusted.

Recommended use

Run the EA on a Gold (XAUUSD) chart. Confirm the Broker Type setting matches your broker model before starting, since an incorrect setting may either let the spread filter block trades unnecessarily or allow trades during unfavorable spread conditions. The EA does not require manual strategy configuration: the Risk Profile parameter is sufficient for normal operation.
