Orders for indicators development - outdated

Hi, some days ago I found a good indicator which created a screenshot as jpg file of the chart in a folder after every closing the current candle. That got me the idea for this job. I am looking for a programming/indicator that export the data from the data window for just that completed candlestick into an Excel file, CSV file or TXT file and placed this file in separatr folder. An Excel file would be best solution

I would lie o have an expert advisor created that uses RSI Stochastic Momentum and ADX that uses these four indicators to be agreement to generate buy and signal. They all have to agree and confirm that for the trade to be take in either direction. Setup option could be 30 minutes, 1 hour and 4 hour and daily.
