Bottom Chart (Strength): Look at the yellow line (JPY). It is pointing sharply upwards, meaning the Japanese Yen is getting stronger. At the same time, the pink line (NZD) is pointing downwards, meaning the New Zealand Dollar is getting weaker.
Top Chart (Price): Because the JPY is strong and the NZD is weak, the price of NZDJPY is expected to fall. The indicator prints the pink SELL arrows (and crosses) to signal you to enter a short position.
In short: You are selling NZDJPY because the Yen is dominating the New Zealand Dollar in real-time strength.
