Советник построен по таймеру, а не по тику, поэтому вы не зависите от поступающих тиков.

Secondss - через какой количество раз повторять Алерт ( работает если используется только аллерт ).

UsePush - использовать уведомление на телефон как сигнал.
UseMail - использовать уведомление на почту как сигнал.
