Вашему вниманию утилита, которая следит за тем, есть ли связь с сервером у торговой платформы и если нет - посылается 1 или несколько сигналов в зависимости от того что вам нужно - Алерт, уведомление на телефон или уведомление на почту.

Напоминаю, что прежде чем включить советник нужно настроить необходимые данные в сервис - настройки - Push или Почта.

Советник построен по таймеру, а не по тику, поэтому вы не зависите от поступающих тиков.

Secondss - через какой количество раз повторять Алерт ( работает если используется только аллерт ).
UseAlert - использовать Алерт как сигнал.
UsePush - использовать уведомление на телефон как сигнал.
UseMail - использовать уведомление на почту как сигнал.
