Market Profile Multi Sessions

Market Profile is a graphic representation that shows price and time information as a distribution. The benefits of Market Profile include:

  • Determine amount of time, number of ticks and volume traded at specific price levels or price ranges during a period
  • Identify prices perceived as fair by the market
  • Identify support and resistance levels to anticipate future price movements

Each group of letters shows the price or price range where trades occured, usually in the 30 minutes chart timeframe.

The Point of Control or "POC" shows the price or price range that was the most traded during the profile.

The Initial Balange Range shows the price range where trading occurred during the first two periods of the profile (A and B)


Market Profile Multi Sessions Features and customizations:

  • Can have up to 4 sessions in each day. You can choose whether to display 1 , 2 , 3 or 4 sessions by enabling or disabling the session number from indicator parameters.
  • View the market generated data at glance, such as IBR (the Initial Balance Range), VA (Value Area), POC (Point of Controls), Single Print, Half Back (Mid Line).
  • Mark price range levels by clicking additional price scale level created by the indicator.
  • View Splitted Profile (Segmented Profile).


Input Parameters:

  • Show Tick Volume Profile - Choose whether to show both Tick Volume Numbers and its Histogram, the Tick Volume Numbers only, or hide both.
  • Row Size in Pips - the number of pips for profile price compression.
  • -- Mini Grid Multiplier - Grid Lines = (Mini Grid Multiplier) * Row Size in Pips
  • -- Big Grid Multiplier - Thick Grid lines = (Big Grid Multiplier) * Grid Lines
  • Font Size - font size used to draw TPO.
  • IB Bar Numbers - the number of bars used for initial balance.
  • Show Session#1 - enable/disable session number 1.

It's a great tool, it's true that it would be even better if it had the Merge Option for the profiles but you know beforehand that it's not available. I encourage you to add it on future versions, why not merging both of your TPO in one consolidated and definite tool??

Great indicator, almost a 5 star. The only reason that I give just 4 stars is because you cannot merge profiles and it is not very customizable. But for this money it's a good deal, I use it daily, I can see the RTH (day profile) or night profile or both (in one window) , a good amount of history. As price per money is a 5, but as quality I'll stick with a 4 stars . Hope it helps.

It's a great tool, it's true that it would be even better if it had the Merge Option for the profiles but you know beforehand that it's not available. I encourage you to add it on future versions, why not merging both of your TPO in one consolidated and definite tool??
