Explanation of how the " DR Tura" Expert Advisor trades.
This Expert Advisor (EA) identifies trades based on logical and sound market movements and sets stop-loss and take-profit levels. For the first trade, it targets a 1:1 risk-to-reward ratio.
It then executes a second trade (2x) within the same trading sequence, entering the market with a target risk-to-reward ratio of 1:3.
Money management is the most critical aspect; the EA trades and sets stop-loss levels based on the specific risk amount you define.
Consider the following example:
Account balance: 10,000
You have set the risk per trade to 1% (in the "Inputs" tab).
Based on this, the EA enters the trade with a volume calculated to ensure the stop-loss does not exceed 1% of the account (i.e., $100), aiming for a 1:1 risk-to-reward ratio.
Similarly, for the second trade (2x), it calculates the volume so that the stop-loss remains within the 1% limit ($100), targeting a 1:3 risk-to-reward ratio.
You have the option to disable the second trade (2x).
Here are some details regarding the settings found in the "Input" tab:
1 - **Time Frame, Gap_Gain, EMA**
As their names suggest, these are fundamental settings for the Expert Advisor; it is best not to alter them until the optimization phase.
2 - **LotSize**
This determines the minimum entry volume. If the `Use_Money_Management` option is disabled, the system uses this value to set the trade volume.
3 - **Max_Opposite_Spike_Candles**
This setting specifically determines your stop-loss; the optimal setting has already been selected.
4 - **X2 Averaging**
These are the settings for the second trade (2x multiplier). The optimal option is selected by default, but if you are not in a rush to grow your account rapidly, you can disable this feature.
5 - **Filter_MA_Touch**
For an entry to occur, the price must have touched the Moving Average within the last 7 candles.
6 - Filters are included to identify directional trends, non-directional trends, and ranging markets:
`Filter_Avoid_Choppy_Market`
`Choppy_Range_Candles`
`Choppy_ATR_Period`
`Choppy_Min_Range_ATR_Multiplier`
Keep this option enabled.
7 - **Use_Market_Fallback**
If, for any reason, the system fails to place a limit order, it will enter the trade directly at the current market price.
8 - Daily Guard
This option is suitable for investment and prop trading accounts.
It allows you to monitor daily drawdown and profit levels,
halting trading if either limit is reached.
9 - More_Positions
We have provided settings that allow for better management, enabling you to adjust the Expert Advisor's aggressiveness to suit your preference.
You can use custom optimization to add or remove parameters, aligning the system with your specific trading style.
Use_Momentum_Spike_Entry
A market spike detection sensor to trigger additional entries.
10 - Quick_Exit
Rapid exit upon securing scalping-style profits, based on candles, points, or pips.
11 - Exit Ideas
Strategies for exiting trades, such as:
Exiting if the trend reverses.
Exiting when the price nears the Take Profit (TP) level.
Closing a specific percentage of the trade at a 1:1 risk-reward ratio.
Closing a specific percentage of the trade at a 1:2 risk-reward ratio.
Deciding whether to exit based on a counter-trend "climax" move.
Determining whether or not to trigger an exit based on specific conditions.
12 - MA / Overlap Ideas
As the name suggests, this option identifies price overlaps and uses them as conditions for trade entry; we have selected the most effective configurations.
We have established optimal settings, configured by default for Gold (XAU/USD) on the 1-minute timeframe.
If you wish to make changes, it is recommended to adjust settings one at a time so you can observe the impact of each modification.
In closing, I wish you days of profitable trading.
