Basic use steps

  1. Attach the indicator to a chart.
  2. Use the default fast 10 / slow 40 settings as a balanced starting point.
  3. Read bullish arrows as price reclaiming the adaptive line with positive slope, and bearish arrows as losing it with negative slope.
  4. Confirm signals with market structure, volatility, session timing, and your own risk rules before trading.

  • SlowPeriod: maximum smoothing period used during choppy movement.
  • AdaptLookback: bars used for efficiency-ratio adaptation.
  • AtrPeriod: volatility lookback for the optional bands.
  • BandAtrMultiplier: ATR distance above and below the smoothed line.
  • RequireFilterSlope: requires signal direction to agree with the filter slope.
  • MinBarsBetweenSignals: minimum spacing between new arrows.
  • EnableAlerts, AlertTriggerCandle, EnablePopupAlerts, EnablePushNotifications: alert controls.
