Introduction
“Terry Lyons Path Signature EA” is a revolutionary Expert Advisor that is based on advanced mathematical concepts like Rough Path Theory and Path Signatures developed by Terry Lyons, rather than traditional market indicators such as RSI or EMA.
This EA doesn’t just analyze price movements—it understands the complete geometric structure of market data and its curvature, giving it a deeper insight into market behavior.
How Does This Math Work? (The Math Logic)
Using Rough Path Theory, the EA filters out market noise and constructs a structured “Path” from raw data.
- Level 2 Signature (Lévy Area):
This measures the curvature and momentum of the path.
It enables the EA to detect fake breakouts, as it identifies when true momentum is actually forming.
