🛠 EA settings guide
The EA uses your account currency. Default settings are for EUR and USD accounts. In this example, EUR is used.- Magic number: Any unique number for the orders, to make sure the EA only trades it's own orders. You can start 2 EA's if they have different numbers.
- Initial lot size: Default '0.01' - Size of first order in the grid (Level 1).
- Martingale multiplier: Default '2.0' - Which means double up in next grid level, if market goes against you.
- Max. grid levels: Default '3' - Opens max. 3 levels if market goes against you. It will close all orders when a 4th level should have opened.
- Loss before next level: Default '2.0' - When a level hits a loss of 2 EUR, it will open next level.
- Take profit goal: Default '1.0' - When total profit of the grid hits 1 EUD in profit, it will close alle orders and take profit.
- Graceful exit: Default '0.1' - Activated when in profit target is hit. Waits until market reverses 0.1 EUR, to maximize profit above your actual target.
- Hard stop loss: Default '6.0' - If market goes against you, all orders are closed when a total loss of 6.0 EUR are hit.
📈 Testing
As manual clicks on the BUY or SELL buttons is not possible in the MT4 strategy tester, it will just open trades randomly in the tester, which will give you random results.
