All orders - C# - outdated

So basically I want to convert this indicator into an EA which will take trades for me when it gives bullish levels and bearish levels. Actually, the EA recognize every tick in real market. But I don´t need that. I need it to recognize something similar to "control points" . I tried with "opening bars" but is not enough. I dont know exactly what "control points" have, but its the best option for my EA to work.
