xauRider is an automated Expert Advisor developed specifically for XAUUSD (Gold). It combines multiple layers of technical analysis to identify structured trade setups, filter out low-quality signals, and manage open positions with a disciplined exit system.

The EA is designed to operate with consistency across varying market conditions, prioritizing trade quality over trade frequency.

While the recommended minimum deposit is $500 for stable and balanced operation, running the EA below the recommended minimum is possible but is done entirely at the user's own risk, and the author accepts no responsibility for outcomes under such conditions.

Exit Strategy

xauRider uses a multi-stage exit system designed to protect capital while giving trades enough room to develop. Rather than relying on a single fixed stop-loss, the EA monitors market conditions continuously and applies different exit rules depending on how the trade is evolving.

In the early phase of a trade, the system watches for signs of deteriorating market participation. If internal conditions suggest that the move behind the trade is weakening, the EA begins preparing for a managed exit rather than waiting passively for a fixed level to be hit.

As a trade matures over time, the exit approach transitions to a structure-based method that anchors the stop to recent market behaviour, giving profitable trades more room while keeping risk defined.

A separate risk scoring system runs alongside the main exit logic. It evaluates the current trade in terms of how sustained and intense the adverse pressure is. When this score reaches a defined threshold and a structural breakdown is confirmed, the EA exits the trade to prevent deeper losses. When the score rises but a breakdown is not yet confirmed, the EA instead tightens the trade target toward breakeven, protecting against a sudden reversal without closing prematurely.

On top of this, a predictive layer monitors three independent market conditions simultaneously. When all three align in a way that historically precedes further deterioration, the EA enters a heightened state of caution. In this state, exit conditions are made more sensitive, and the system watches for a proximity trigger near key structural levels to exit before damage compounds.

A hard drawdown limit acts as a final safety net, closing the trade immediately if the account exposure reaches a critical threshold regardless of other conditions.

Together, these layers create an exit system that is neither too reactive nor too passive. It is designed to cut genuine losers while tolerating normal market noise.
