How to Trade Profitably (The "Confluence" Method)
This indicator is designed to be a Sniper Rifle, not a machine gun. Do not trade every single arrow. The most profitable users follow these rules:
1. The "Golden Stack" (Trend Continuation)
Wait for: A Trend Signal (Lime) + An SMC Signal (Gold) pointing in the same direction.
Why: You have momentum (Trend) and structure break (SMC) on your side.
2. The "Explosion" (Breakout)
Wait for: The Dashboard to say "Ranging (Squeeze)".
Then: Enter on the Volatility Breakout Arrow. This catches the move before the trend is visible to others.
3. The "Traffic Light" System
Look at the H1 Dashboard Panel.
If H1 says "Strong Trend UP", IGNORE all Sell arrows on M5/M15. Only take the Buy signals. Trade with the higher timeframe!
If H1 says "Ranging", IGNORE Trend arrows. Focus on Range Reversals and Divergences.
Crucial Inputs for Optimization
You can fine-tune the engine to fit your trading style. Here are the most impactful settings:
1. To Filter Noise in Choppy Markets:
Increase ADX_Trend_Level from 25 to 30.
Result: The indicator will require a stronger trend before giving Trend signals, reducing false alarms in choppy markets.
2. To Catch Better Reversals:
Set Range_TF to Period_H4.
Result: The indicator will look for reversals based on 4-Hour Support & Resistance, which are much stronger than H1 levels.
3. To Sharpen Divergence Signals:
Set RSI_Overbought to 75 and RSI_Oversold to 25.
Result: You will see fewer Divergence arrows, but they will only appear at extreme market extensions.
