This MetaTrader 5 indicator turns a MACD line crossover into a clear buy or sell signal. It plots a four-color histogram, the MACD Line, and the Signal Line. On a closed candle it can place an arrow on the main chart and send popup, sound, push, and email alerts.

The main value is the filter layer. You may use the raw crossover, or you may switch on one or more confirmations. Enabled filters work together. All of them must pass before an arrow is drawn. That lets you build rules such as "MACD cross + above the 50 MA + ADX strong" inside one tool instead of stacking many indicators.

This product does not promise profit. Quality depends on symbol, timeframe, filter mix, spread, and your own risk rules.

SEPARATE WINDOW

• Histogram = MACD Line minus Signal Line
• Blue line = MACD Line
• Magenta line = Signal Line

HISTOGRAM COLORS

• Lime Green : above zero and rising
• Dark Green : above zero but falling
• Red : below zero and falling
• Maroon : below zero but rising toward zero

MAIN CHART

• Buy arrow below the candle low
• Sell arrow above the candle high
• Objects use the name prefix MACD_SIG_ and are removed when the indicator is deleted

BUY Previous closed bar: MACD Line at or below Signal Line Current closed bar : MACD Line above Signal Line If Zero Filter is on, MACD Line must be above 0 Every enabled filter must also allow a buy

SELL Previous closed bar: MACD Line at or above Signal Line Current closed bar : MACD Line below Signal Line If Zero Filter is on, MACD Line must be below 0 Every enabled filter must also allow a sell

Only closed candles are used. The forming candle is ignored for entries. Alerts fire only on the newly closed bar and will not repeat on the same bar time. History load does not spam alerts.

════════════════ FILTER BENEFITS ════════════════

ZERO LEVEL Keeps buys in the positive MACD half and sells in the negative half. Cuts many mid-range crosses.

RSI CROSS Buy only when RSI crosses up through Oversold. Sell only when RSI crosses down through Overbought. Good for a turn from an extreme.

ADX Requires minimum trend strength for both sides. Weak ADX markets create more false crosses.

SINGLE MA Buys only above the moving average, sells only below it. Simple trend alignment.

ICHIMOKU SENKOU SPAN B Compares close with Senkou Span B shifted by the Kijun input. Buys need price above that line. Sells need price below it.

RSI 75 Slow RSI mid-line filter. Buys above 50, sells below 50.

DOUBLE MA Buys when the fast MA is above the slow MA, sells when it is below.

AWESOME OSCILLATOR Optional size filter, rising/falling color filter, and zero-side filter. Confirms momentum with AO.

PARABOLIC SAR Buys if close is above SAR, sells if close is below SAR.

HEIKEN ASHI Buys on a bullish HA candle, sells on a bearish HA candle. HA is calculated inside the indicator.

CCI TREND Buys if CCI is above 0, sells if CCI is below 0.

CCI OB AND OS Buys if CCI is above the overbought level, sells if CCI is below the oversold level. This is a continuation rule, not a fade.

RVI TREND Buys if RVI is above 0, sells if RVI is below 0.

RVI SIGNAL Buys if RVI main is above RVI signal, sells if it is below.

MACD HISTOGRAM FILTER A second MACD must already have a positive histogram for buys or a negative histogram for sells.

MACD LEVEL 0 FILTER The second MACD main line must be above 0 for buys and below 0 for sells.

SUPPORT AND RESISTANCE Buys need a touch or cross of recent support. Sells need a touch or cross of recent resistance.

FIBONACCI Finds recent swing high and low, builds two Fib levels, and allows a signal only if the candle trades in that zone. This is a location filter. Pair it with a direction filter.

Start with few filters. If arrows vanish, disable filters one by one to see which rule is blocking.

════════════════ QUICK START ════════════════

1. Install from MQL5 Market and restart MetaTrader 5 if needed.
2. Open Navigator (Ctrl+N) > Indicators > Market.
3. Drop the indicator on a chart.
4. First test on H1 or H4 with: UseZeroFilter = true Use_MA_Filter = true (period 50) Use_ADX_Filter = true (minimum 20) all other filters = false
5. Watch closed candles only.
6. Add more filters only after you understand the base signals.

Stricter trend idea: add Double MA or Ichimoku. Level idea: add SR or Fibonacci, but do not stack too many trend and zone filters together.

If push or email fails, the terminal settings are missing. That is not an indicator fault.

--- SIGNAL DISPLAY --- ArrowDistance : offset from high/low in points. Default 30. Raise it on Gold if arrows cover wicks. ArrowSize : arrow width 1 to 5. Default 2. UseZeroFilter : true = buy only with MACD Line > 0 and sell only with MACD Line < 0. BuyArrowColor / SellArrowColor : arrow colors. Defaults Aqua and Red.

--- SUPPORT AND RESISTANCE --- Use_SR_Filter : buy near the lowest low of the lookback, sell near the highest high SR_Period : lookback bars. Default 50 SR_Zone_Points : zone width in points. Default 80 On 5-digit FX, 80 points = 8.0 pips. Gold usually needs a wider zone. A touch or a candle that crosses the level is accepted.

--- FIBONACCI --- Use_Fib_Filter : candle must trade between the two Fib levels built from the last swing pair Fib_Level_1 / Fib_Level_2 : defaults 0.382 and 0.618 ZigZag_Depth : bars on each side for a local swing. Default 12 ZigZag_Deviation : extra distance in points for a new swing. Default 5 ZigZag_Backstep : minimum bars between swings. Default 3 This is an internal swing search, not the standard ZigZag object. If no swing pair is found, the bar is blocked.

════════════════ PRACTICAL NOTES ════════════════

• Change one input group at a time.
• ArrowDistance and SR_Zone_Points are points, not pips.
• Fibonacci confirms where price is, not the direction.
• RSI Cross must happen on the same closed bar as the MACD cross.
• Demo test every new filter mix before live use.
• Use your own stop and position size. This tool does not manage risk.

════════════════ LIMITATIONS ════════════════

Not an Expert Advisor. Historical arrows are calculated values, not a live trading record. More filters mean fewer signals. News, gaps, and thin liquidity can still produce poor locations.
