===== SHORT DESCRIPTION =====
HA Signal v3.17 turns a strict Heiken Ashi rule into Buy and Sell arrows on the chart.
The process is:
1. Wait for a Heiken Ashi color change.
2. Confirm that the signal candle has no opposing wick.
3. Confirm that every filter you enabled agrees with the direction.
4. Place the arrow only after that candle has closed.
The forming candle never receives a signal, so historical arrows stay where they first appeared. Run it raw for more signals, or stack trend, momentum, cloud, S/R, and Fibonacci filters. Alerts can fire by popup, sound, MetaQuotes push, and email.
===== WHY THIS INDICATOR IS USEFUL =====
Closed-bar logic only. The live candle is painted for display, but Buy and Sell buffers on that bar stay empty. Alerts use the last fully closed bar and fire once per bar time. This is how the product avoids classic Heiken Ashi repaint.
No-wick quality filter. A color change is not enough. Buy requires HA Low = HA Open (no lower wick). Sell requires HA High = HA Open (no upper wick). Weak flips with a rejection tail are ignored.
Modular filter stack. Every confirmation module is optional and off by default except the HA engine. Enabled filters work together (AND). If one enabled filter fails, no arrow is printed.
Ichimoku Senkou Span B with shift 26. Senkou B is calculated from High and Low, then read with a Kijun-length shift (default 26). Buy only above that line, Sell only below it.
Alert hygiene. First attach does not flood old historical alerts. New notices start after the latest closed bar is marked.
Visual package. Colored HA candles, aqua Buy arrows, red Sell arrows, adjustable distance in points, and four notification channels. Handles are created only for filters you enable.

HA Close = (Open + High + Low + Close) / 4
HA Open = (previous HA Open + previous HA Close) / 2
HA High = max of High, HA Open, HA Close
HA Low = min of Low, HA Open, HA Close
Blue when HA Close >= HA Open. Red when HA Close < HA Open.
State machine:
Red to blue starts waiting-bull mode.
Blue to red starts waiting-bear mode.
The indicator then waits for a no-wick candle in that new color plus all enabled filters.
After a valid arrow, waiting mode is cleared so the same flip does not print again.
Buy (all must be true): waiting bull + closed blue HA bar + no lower wick + all Buy filters pass. Arrow = HA Low minus SignalDistance points.
Sell (all must be true): waiting bear + closed red HA bar + no upper wick + all Sell filters pass. Arrow = HA High plus SignalDistance points.
If a filter cannot be calculated yet, that bar is skipped. If Fibonacci is on and no valid swings are found, both sides are blocked.

Use_Alert_Sound (true). Plays a WAV from the MT5 Sounds folder.
Use_Push_Notification (true). SendNotification to the MetaQuotes ID in Tools > Options > Notifications.
Use_Email_Alert (false). SendMail via Tools > Options > Email. Leave off until SMTP is tested.
Buy_Sound_File (alert.wav) / Sell_Sound_File (alert2.wav). File names only, no path.

===== INSTALLATION =====
1. Open MetaTrader 5.
2. File > Open Data Folder > MQL5 > Indicators.
3. Copy the product file into that folder or a subfolder.
4. Restart MT5 or Refresh Navigator > Indicators.
5. Drag HA Signal v3.17 onto the chart.
6. AutoTrading is not required. This is an indicator, not an EA.
7. Push: phone MetaTrader app + Tools > Options > Notifications + MetaQuotes ID.
8. Email: configure SMTP under Tools > Options > Email and send a test.
Use one symbol and one timeframe per chart. Start on M15, H1, or H4 so the no-wick rule is easy to see.
===== RECOMMENDED USAGE =====
Workflow A. Clean and frequent. All filters false. HA color change + no wick + alerts only. Review a large sample before adding filters.
Workflow B. Trend following. Single MA or Double MA + ADX + SAR. Optional Ichimoku Senkou B.
Workflow C. Momentum. MACD histogram + RSI 75 + RVI signal.
Workflow D. Zone reaction. RSI Cross + S/R or Fibonacci. Optional CCI OB/OS for extreme-only entries.
Workflow E. Conservative swing. Use 3 or 4 filters maximum, for example Double MA + Ichimoku Senkou B + ADX + MACD zero. Do not enable every filter at once. AND logic will starve the chart.
Timeframes:
M1-M5: raw mode or 1 light filter.
M15-H1: balanced view of no-wick quality.
H4-D1: fewer arrows. Often better with MA, Ichimoku, or ADX.
Risk notes:
This product does not place orders, calculate lot size, or manage stops.
An arrow is a closed-bar condition snapshot, not a guarantee.
Heiken Ashi smooths price. Place stops from real High/Low, not only HA High/Low.
Test on demo and in Strategy Tester visual mode.
Past arrows are not a promise of future results. Spread, gaps, and news can invalidate a no-wick bar.
After an arrow:
1. Confirm the signal bar is fully closed.
2. Check spread.
3. Enter with your own rules.
4. Invalidation idea: opposite HA close against you, or a break of the signal bar real extreme.
5. Do not stack conflicting filters. An RSI oversold Buy rule plus a hard downtrend Double MA gate will print nothing.

===== TROUBLESHOOTING =====
No arrows: too many filters, Fibonacci found no swings, AO thresholds too large for the symbol, or fewer than about 100 bars.
No phone alert: push is on in inputs, but Notifications / MetaQuotes ID are not set in terminal Options.
Too many arrows: turn on ADX, a slow MA, or Ichimoku Senkou B. SignalDistance only moves the icon.
Different HA look: this file uses the common MT5 HA averaging method, not a third-party smoothed HA.
Tester vs live: judge arrows on closed bars. The live candle can change color while forming. That is visual only.

SUPPORT AND RESISTANCE FILTER

SR_Period (50). Lookback for recent extreme high and low.
SR_Zone_Points (80). Tolerance in points. On 5-digit FX, 80 points = 8.0 pips. On XAUUSD this can be tight; widen it if nothing prints.
Buy tags/crosses support. Sell tags/crosses resistance.
FIBONACCI FILTER
Use_Fib_Filter (false)
Fib_Level_1 (0.382) / Fib_Level_2 (0.618)
ZigZag_Depth (12) / ZigZag_Deviation (5) / ZigZag_Backstep (3)
Scans left of the closed bar for swings, then builds a zone between the two Fib levels. Current bar must overlap that zone. Larger Depth = bigger swings and fewer zones. Test this filter alone first.
ALERT AND NOTIFICATION
Use_Alert_Popup (true). Terminal alert on a new closed-bar arrow.
Use_Alert_Sound (true). Plays a WAV from the MT5 Sounds folder.
Use_Push_Notification (true). SendNotification to the MetaQuotes ID in Tools > Options > Notifications.
Use_Email_Alert (false). SendMail via Tools > Options > Email. Leave off until SMTP is tested.
Buy_Sound_File (alert.wav) / Sell_Sound_File (alert2.wav). File names only, no path.
Alert text: HA Signal v3.17 | BUY or SELL | SYMBOL TIMEFRAME | closed-bar date and time.
Alerts start after the first full historical fill and cannot repeat on the same bar time.
===== INSTALLATION =====
1. Open MetaTrader 5.
2. File > Open Data Folder > MQL5 > Indicators.
3. Copy the product file into that folder or a subfolder.
4. Restart MT5 or Refresh Navigator > Indicators.
5. Drag HA Signal v3.17 onto the chart.
6. AutoTrading is not required. This is an indicator, not an EA.
7. Push: phone MetaTrader app + Tools > Options > Notifications + MetaQuotes ID.
8. Email: configure SMTP under Tools > Options > Email and send a test.
Use one symbol and one timeframe per chart. Start on M15, H1, or H4 so the no-wick rule is easy to see.
===== RECOMMENDED USAGE =====
Workflow A. Clean and frequent. All filters false. HA color change + no wick + alerts only. Review a large sample before adding filters.
Workflow B. Trend following. Single MA or Double MA + ADX + SAR. Optional Ichimoku Senkou B.
Workflow C. Momentum. MACD histogram + RSI 75 + RVI signal.
Workflow D. Zone reaction. RSI Cross + S/R or Fibonacci. Optional CCI OB/OS for extreme-only entries.
Workflow E. Conservative swing. Use 3 or 4 filters maximum, for example Double MA + Ichimoku Senkou B + ADX + MACD zero. Do not enable every filter at once. AND logic will starve the chart.
Timeframes:
M1-M5: raw mode or 1 light filter.
M15-H1: balanced view of no-wick quality.
H4-D1: fewer arrows. Often better with MA, Ichimoku, or ADX.
Risk notes:
This product does not place orders, calculate lot size, or manage stops.
An arrow is a closed-bar condition snapshot, not a guarantee.
Heiken Ashi smooths price. Place stops from real High/Low, not only HA High/Low.
Test on demo and in Strategy Tester visual mode.
Past arrows are not a promise of future results. Spread, gaps, and news can invalidate a no-wick bar.
After an arrow:
1. Confirm the signal bar is fully closed.
2. Check spread.
3. Enter with your own rules.
4. Invalidation idea: opposite HA close against you, or a break of the signal bar real extreme.
5. Do not stack conflicting filters. An RSI oversold Buy rule plus a hard downtrend Double MA gate will print nothing.

This is not an Expert Advisor, not a grid/martingale robot, not a multi-symbol dashboard, and not a full Ichimoku drawing tool. Only Senkou Span B math is used. This is not financial advice.
===== TROUBLESHOOTING =====
No arrows: too many filters, Fibonacci found no swings, AO thresholds too large for the symbol, or fewer than about 100 bars.
No phone alert: push is on in inputs, but Notifications / MetaQuotes ID are not set in terminal Options.
Too many arrows: turn on ADX, a slow MA, or Ichimoku Senkou B. SignalDistance only moves the icon.
Different HA look: this file uses the common MT5 HA averaging method, not a third-party smoothed HA.
Tester vs live: judge arrows on closed bars. The live candle can change color while forming. That is visual only.

Start simple. Add one filter at a time. Save a screenshot of your input set when you find a combination you like. The value of v3.17 is not "all filters on". The value is a strict HA no-wick trigger, closed-bar printing, and a filter shelf you can control.
