It is a professional risk-enforcement layer designed to protect an account from avoidable rule breaches: daily drawdown violations, total drawdown violations, oversized trades, missing stop-losses, open-risk overload, trading during restricted news windows, and giving back a completed profit target.

The BUY / SELL panel is not a simple order button. Every panel trade is passed through a multi-layer risk gate before execution.
Account State Active locks, daily overrides, total overrides, time-block overrides, and master-instance status.
Time Safety News blocks, session filters, rollover block, overnight guard, weekend guard, and Friday close guard.
Order Quality Spread filter, symbol trade mode, lot normalization, broker stop distance, and free margin checks.
Risk Limits Required SL, single-trade risk, total open SL risk, remaining drawdown headroom, and portfolio SL projection.
Exposure Limits Max single position lots, max total lots, max open positions, max pending orders, and currency exposure cap.
Execution Retry Retryable trade failures can be retried with delay and optional spread-wait handling.
News Protection
The default automatic news source is the native MT5 Economic Calendar. Manual events and optional external CSV/URL events can also be combined.

Session, Liquidity, and Time Filters
- Server-time or local-time filtering.
- General allowed session list with cross-midnight ranges such as 22:00-02:00 .
- Separate weekday enable/disable switches.
- Optional day-wise sessions for Monday through Sunday.
- Rollover block, overnight flat guard, weekend flat guard, and Friday close protection.
- Spread spike handling, including blocking new trades and optionally closing trades opened during liquidity blocks.
Smart De-Risk
When risk becomes elevated, Smart De-Risk can reduce exposure before a full hard close is required. The engine can close or partially close positions until risk returns toward the configured target.

Configuration Health and Diagnostics
The EA includes a configuration self-check and rule conflict detector to catch dangerous combinations before they become live-trading problems.

Master Instance Lease One chart acts as account master while other charts become view-only, reducing duplicate close/delete execution risk.
Simulation Mode Log-only mode for validating rules without sending orders, closes, or deletes.
Diagnostics Shows calendar refresh state, last trade retcode, close/delete failures, master owner, global-state health, and recovery status.
Reporting and Presets
The EA can produce configurable CSV outputs for audit review, daily summary, challenge summary, and rule presets. Presets can be exported and imported to replicate rule configurations across accounts or VPS environments.
