I have posted my reasoning in the discussion. I think the idea is good—if only the angles were accurate. The author has provided a somewhat misleading description, to which he responds quickly and routinely in the comments. To his credit, he did offer a goodwill version of the bonus indicator. But all of that is of no use if the angles shown in it are worthless because they change with the zoom level. That’s not an angle—it’s a dud.
