I bought this product because the UI looked appealing in the pictures, and I thought the program would be good as well. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed – both by the product and the developer! The product claims to support "fully customizable signals," but this is far from the truth! The messages are much less customizable than expected. You can only enable or disable certain parts and slightly modify their text. There is no way to adjust the position of the parts or the format of the message. All you can do is add a message at the beginning or the end – that’s it. Communication with the developer is extremely difficult. Response times were up to 5 days, and even then, not all issues were addressed. Instead, I just received a short one-line Reply. I’ve never experienced such bad customer support on this platform. Some trade modifications were not sent as replies to the original trade opening message. I reported this to the developer but received no response. The EA does not support sending multiple take-profits. The settings in the user interface are lost whenever the EA is reloaded on the chart. What’s the point of having a UI if its settings aren’t saved and the EA always reverts to its default properties? The UI is practically useless, except as a selling point for the developer. In the latest version, a feature was introduced to draw trades on screenshots. This feature never worked for me. When I reported this to the developer, I got the response: "Strange, it works for me." Wow, thanks for the great support.^^ It seems the developer puts more effort into making the UI look good than into being a competent programmer who ensures the software runs smoothly. Many of the product's promises are not kept, and the product does not match its description. I deeply regret being misled by the images and buying this EA. Absolutely not recommended.

This is hands down the best among the rest that i checked out on this platform. It is so easy to setup and use. Features are neatly laid out making it fully customizable. I ran into a minor issue and the support went into action immediately to resolve it. I am glad i made the right decision in getting this EA.
