Before setting up your alert engine, you can control the exact sizing and layout scale of your dashboard using the input label Dashboard Scale (80%, 100%, 120%):
- Shrunk (-20% / 80%): Shrunken dashboard, ideal for compact multi-chart grids or tight screen real estate.
- Normal (100%): Standard dashboard, optimized for standard desktop monitor layouts.
- Enlarged (+20% / 120%): Enlarged dashboard, providing high-visibility text across large screens.
2. Advanced 4-Tier Alert Architecture & Custom Templates
Confluence Timer features a master alert engine powered by custom text templates and dynamic smart tags:
- {SYMBOL} : Current chart symbol (e.g., EURUSD )

3. Step-by-Step Guide: How to Set Up Your Custom Alerts
Step 1: Configure Master Alert Guards
Before enabling individual tiers, configure your master execution permissions under the [2] ALERT GUARDS section:
- Enable Master Alert System: Set to true
- Play Audio Sound: Set to true (Plays expert.wav )
- Show Screen Popup: Set to true (Triggers MT5 screen popups)
- Send Mobile Push: Set to true (Sends mobile push notifications to your MetaTrader mobile app)
- Alert Group Cooldown (Minutes): Set to 5 (Enforces a 5-minute cooldown between triggers to prevent spam)
Step 2: Set Up Category 1 (Independent Candle Close)
What it does: Warns you right before a specific candle or session closes.
- Enable Category 1 Alerts: Set to true
- Alert Target Basket: Set to M15,H1,LOND
- Seconds Before Close to Trigger: Set to 60
- Alert Text Mode: Set to Use Custom Text Template
- Custom Text Template: Set to ATTENTION: {SYMBOL} on {CHART_TF} chart - {LIST} closes in {SECONDS} seconds!

Step 3: Set Up Category 2 (Live Confluence Alerts)
What it does: Fires an instant notification the exact second your active basket of timeframes and sessions align into simultaneous live bullish or bearish bias.
- Enable Live Confluence Alerts: Set to true
- Live Confluence Basket: Set to M5,M15,H1
- Live Confluence Text Mode: Set to Use Custom Text Template

Step 4: Set Up Category 3 (Closed Candle Confluence)
What it does: Waits until a bar officially finishes and locks its close price before confirming institutional alignment across your basket.
