NeuroMatrix Advisor Gold is a highly sophisticated Expert Advisor designed exclusively for trading the XAU/USD (Gold) pair on the M5 timeframe. It combines four computational intelligence engines that work simultaneously to generate high-confluence entry signals: multi-scale Markov chains, an adaptive Q-Learning agent, ICT Silver Bullet structure analysis, and an ATR-based range expansion engine. Analysis Engines
Multi-Scale Markov Confluence (M1 / M5 / M15) Runs three Markov chains in parallel across three different timeframes. Classifies the market into four states: Bull Quiet, Bear Quiet, Bull Volatile, and Bear Volatile. It only generates a signal when all three chains converge in the same direction, ensuring tri-temporal confluence before any entry.
Q-Learning Entry/Exit Agent: A reinforcement learning agent that builds a Q-Table of 108 states (36 states × 3 stocks) by combining market regime, position relative to VWAP, and a bi-directional momentum proxy. It learns and updates tick by tick, improving its accuracy as it accumulates live history. It uses epsilon-greedy policy to balance exploration and exploitation.
ICT Silver Bullet (M15/H1): Detects ICT price structure: Fair Value Gaps (bullish and bearish FVG), relevant Order Blocks, and liquidity sweeps. It operates exclusively within the three most institutionalized time windows: 03:00–04:00, 10:00–11:00, and 14:00–15:00 (server time). It filters out market noise outside of these windows.
Range Expansion Engine monitors the relationship between the current ATR and the historical average ATR. When the current ATR exceeds the average of the last 20 bars by 1.5x, it detects active range expansion and identifies its direction. It avoids entries into compressed, low-energy ranges.
Voting and Risk Management System
The four modules cast independent votes. The EA requires a simple majority (≥50% of active modules) to authorize an order, ensuring that no single signal can force an entry. The trailing stop is automatically triggered upon reaching the configured threshold, dynamically locking in profits without manual intervention.
The active spread filter suspends trades when the spread exceeds the configured limit, protecting you from adverse liquidity conditions common in gold during high-impact news events.
Real-Time Visual Panel
The EA includes a dark-themed HUD panel that displays live: the status of the three Markov chains, resulting confluence, the status and last action of the Q-Learning agent, accumulated reward, active ICT window, presence of FVGs, range expansion ratio, current spread, balance, and equity. All from the chart, without needing to open the log terminal.
