Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 that connects directly to the Claude AI API (Anthropic) to perform institutional-grade market analysis and place pending orders automatically.
Unlike conventional EAs that follow fixed rules or pre-coded indicators, this system sends live price data, account state, and technical readings to Claude AI, which responds with a structured trade plan including pair selection, direction, entry, stop loss, and take profit levels — all anchored to current live prices.
How it works:
At a scheduled time each day (configurable), the EA collects live bid/ask prices, RSI, 50 SMA, 200 SMA, open positions, and pending orders across up to six symbols simultaneously. This data is sent to the Claude AI API together with a detailed institutional prompt covering macro analysis, Smart Money Concepts, multi-timeframe structure, and fundamental drivers. Claude returns a full JSON trade plan which the EA parses and executes automatically.
Symbols supported:
The EA analyses any symbol the chart is attached to, plus up to five additional symbols configured in the inputs. It supports Forex majors, Forex minors, Gold (XAUUSD), Silver (XAGUSD), Bitcoin (BTCUSD), Ethereum (ETHUSD), and indices. All thresholds and risk parameters scale automatically by asset type.
Trade execution features:
Pending orders are placed as buy limit, sell limit, buy stop, or sell stop depending on the relationship between the AI entry price and current market price. Orders include stop loss, take profit, and a configurable expiry window.
If the slot for pending orders is full, the EA automatically cancels the oldest magic-number-owned order to make room for the new recommendation.
A Missed Move Catcher monitors whether price has already moved past a recommended entry. For Breakout and Continuation setups, it fires a reduced-size market order (50 percent of recommended lot) if price moved past entry by a configurable threshold and two closed H1 candles confirm the direction. For Pullback and Reversal setups, the catcher is disabled — the pending limit order is left to wait for the dip as intended.
The catcher includes a session filter that blocks execution during low-liquidity hours (configurable GMT window). Crypto symbols can be set to bypass this filter since they trade around the clock.
Position and order management:
Active positions are monitored for time-based exits, structure breaks (two consecutive H1 candles closing against the position while in loss), and thesis validation using live RSI and MA50 readings. Stop loss is automatically trailed to breakeven when price approaches within 20 percent of the take profit level.
Pending orders approaching expiry are checked against their invalidation level. Orders whose stop loss price has been breached are cancelled. Valid orders are extended automatically up to a configurable maximum lifetime.
A breaking news monitor detects known high-impact GMT time windows and trails all profitable positions to breakeven before the event. Pending orders open during these windows trigger a phone alert.
Smart re-analysis fires additional Claude API calls when price moves by a configurable percentage from the last analysis price, when a pending order is filled or cancelled, or on a periodic interval — subject to a daily call cap that prevents excessive API usage.

- WebRequest must be enabled for https://api.anthropic.com in MT5 options
- Stable internet connection during analysis periods
The Claude API key is entered directly in the EA inputs. API usage costs are billed by Anthropic separately and are not included in the EA price.

I've been following the EA's development process for a long time, and when it was released, I immediately bought it. The application of AI and real-time analysis has yielded very positive trading results. Consistent entry signals and the ability to trade on multiple currency pairs significantly increase profits, which is one of the advantages of this EA. I will wait longer to further evaluate the EA's actual performance.
