Time Shifter (MT5) is an Expert Advisor developed exclusively for XAUUSD on MetaTrader 5.

The EA analyzes market conditions and opens trades only when its internal requirements are met. Every trade uses predefined Stop Loss and Take Profit levels together with configurable position sizing and holding-time management.

Because the EA is selective, it may not trade every day. Trading frequency depends on market conditions and the selected settings.

Position Management

Time Shifter combines predefined Stop Loss and Take Profit levels with a configurable holding-time limit.

The default holding-time limit is 36 trading hours. Weekends and market closures may extend the actual calendar time.

Before Trading Live

Before using Time Shifter on a live account:

  • Test the EA on a demo account

  • Observe its trading frequency and drawdown

  • Check execution with your broker

  • Choose position-sizing settings appropriate for your account

Do not expect the EA to open trades every day. A period without trades can simply mean that valid entry conditions have not been met.
