Developed according to the principles of smart money management strategies, the SM Zones Pro indicator is a very convenient tool for traders on the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform. It graphically displays on the chart all the significant zones used in the SM strategy: market structure, price levels of increased liquidity, "price magnet" zones - imbalances, order blocks, fvg, breaker blocks and mitigation blocks - towards which the instrument's price moves. The zones influencing the bull market are highlighted in shades of green, and the bearish ones - in shades of brown. These levels reflect possible areas of price change, which are often influenced by orders from large institutions and banks. When the price reaches these key zones, it is likely to experience large and rapid movements, which often gives traders insights into how to make the right trading decisions.
The charts are most conveniently viewed using light-colored themes. You can create a convenient light theme template and use it for all those frames.
How to customize Smart Money Zones Pro for your needs?
After loading the SM Zones Pro indicator with standard settings into the chart of any instrument, it will automatically mark all SM Zones of the instrument price for the last month in the selected timeframe.
In order to use all the features provided by SM Zones Pro, before starting to use the indicator, it is advisable to correctly select the desired settings in the settings window.
What are the possible SM Zones Pro settings?
1. "Symbol1 .. Symbol 10" and "Timeframe M1 .. Timeframe MN1" - trading instruments and timeframes of these instruments. The indicator will open each symbol and timeframe chart in a separate window and mark SM Zones in them.
2. "History data length in seconds" - how much historical data of the instrument price from the past will be used by the indicator. It is not recommended to increase it much, because increasing the volume of historical data will take up more computer memory. The default value is 3,000,000 seconds (3000000 / 86400 = 34.72 days). To use computer resources more efficiently, you can reduce this value to, for example, 3 days (86400 * 3 = 259200) or 7 days (86400 * 7 = 604800). This is quite enough for analyzing lower timeframe charts (H1 and lower). However, more historical data may be needed for analyzing higher timeframes.
3. Color and line thickness settings. Here you can select the colors and line thicknesses of the figures displayed on the chart. The standard settings are best suited for a white chart background. You can select a light chart theme in Charts -> Properties and save it in Charts -> Templates -> Save Template. The saved Template name must be entered in the "Chart Template name" line of the SM Zones Pro indicator settings. In this case, all instrument charts will be opened with the settings of the created light theme template. Those working with dark chart themes can look for the most suitable combination of colors for the marked SM Zones.
4. Selection of displayed figures. With standard settings, the SM Zones Pro indicator marks all figures on the charts. If the charts look very busy, the trader can select only the SM zones that interest him, depending on his trading style. In this case, the SM Zones Pro indicator will mark only the selected zones and lines on the charts.
5. "Delete graphic elements on chart after full check". With standard settings, the SM Zones Pro indicator also marks zones in the instrument's price history that are no longer relevant, which the price has already 'reset'. These zones can be useful for novice traders who are learning the principles of the smart money strategy. By turning off the display of these elements, you can concentrate only on monitoring the relevant zones.
6. After properly configuring the indicator, you need to save the settings by clicking the "Save" button so that next time they can be easily and simply loaded with the "Load" function.
The indicator shows the SM zones on the instrument price chart for the last month, so it is very convenient to use for those who are learning the principles of the SM strategy, because the history shows how and when the instrument price moved towards one or another zone.
In real trading, the placement of SM zones marked on the chart helps the trader understand the market situation and increases the likelihood of making the right trading decision.
The SM Zones Pro indicator is a very powerful tool that can simultaneously serve up to 10 MT5 instruments, marking SM zones for each in separate timeframe windows. Depending on the selected configuration, it can serve up to several dozen windows at a time. To ensure fast operation of the indicator in real time, it is advisable to use it on computers with sufficiently fast modern processors and min. 8 GB or more of RAM.
