Orders for integration - closed

I use EdgeWonk trading journal software to journal my trades. I want someone to create some sort of script or macro to autofill the Edgewonk generic spreadsheet with all my closed positions from my MT5 statements. I have attached the Edgewonk generic statement and a screenshot of how the cells need to be formatted

Use python to execute orders on MT5 terminals which resides on another remote computer. I just need a sample code and advice on how this can be done.
