Specification

задача
Обновление бота который беретик одного источника
Меняет сигналы в заданных пунктах 
И публикует в другой канал

Надо дополнить
1) Чтобы не было повторов сигналов по одной паре ( Если EURUSD сделка открыта то больше не открывать сделку по EURUSD)
2) Повторные сделки ( из п 1 / сигналы по той же валютной паре сделка по которой уже открыта)
копировать в другой канал

Все сигналы публикуются с одного канала 
публикуются в бот где изменяются сигналы
Если измененный сигнал достиг точки входа открывается сделка и публикуется сигнал в канал (Так работает бот сейчас)

НО если ВТОРОЙ сигнал по паре сделка которая УЖЕ открыта достиг точки входа (сделка открылась) то этот сигнал публикуется в другой канал 

Так и работать бот должен 


Нюанс может быть не 2 сигнал по одной паре а 3 или 4 
3 и 4 сигнал предлогаю НЕ учитывать (сделки не открывать и никуда не публиковать)

1.  увеличить количество каналов для пересылки до 3

2. Для каждого отдельно  указывать куда пересылать?

3. изменения в пунктах должны быть для каждого отдельно

изменения (увеличение сл, тп или сдвиг цены для каждого отделать


Важные условия

1) бот немного тупит и присылает повторы

2) момент чтобы не было повторений

3) Но повторения не удалять а пересылать в другой канал

4) в другом канале тоже только 1 раз пару Публиковать (без повторений)


смещение в пунктах делать, например

для 1-го чата смещение ТП  = +20;   

для 1-го чата смещение СЛ  = +20;

для 1-го чата смещение Цены  = +10;

и аналогично для второго
