Orders for converting - outdated

Need to convert my MQL4 file to MQL5 and I need it to be done in a week's time. I want some experienced programmer to do this work.If this work is done successfully, I have a few more concepts to be written into MQL5

connection between matlab and MT4 data as follow, 1) in mt4 the forex history data with custom marked can be loaded into matlab, specifically, in the mt4 main window I put some marks from arrows-> arrow up, arrow down, stop etc in some location. then the whole set of the mt4 data including price,these marks, and the showed indicate can be loaded to matlab, in all time frame. in mt4 this is probably a script. 2)
