Orders for converting - outdated

Hi there, I have once downloaded and used some indicators, they were only downloadable once and now they are expired too, they are ITF.FILE format. If someone could re-write it for me, I used them on PRT (PRO REALTIME charting software) but they are also be coded for MT4. Will appreciate you guys help and we can take from there once you are able to help with my problem. see if you can fix it. Thanks
